1. Even though I as zerg was superannoyed by seeing Dimaga lose to such a shit tactic, I refuse to hate on MorroW. Him exploiting reapers and being open about the fact that it seems somewhat imba atm is only going to evolve the game. It is a tournament and he is there to win, not to do any silly gentleman play vs a Zerg who wants nothing more than to kill his entire mineral line with a few banelings.

2. That rapper before Idra-Tarzon is the single most awkward thing I have seen in a long, long time. I have never ever seen a whole crowds body language scream W.T.F.
They should have had swedish rapper Petter there instead, he was at least a gamer.

3. I got a huge mancrush on Dimaga as soon as he entered the stage, high on life and being all :D :D :D :D :D. His beastly, chrushing play in game 2 made me a instant fan as well.

Other than that, I am just amazed by the momentum SC2 is gaining. I spent last night playing SC2 for several hours with several old mates from high school, most of whom I have not seen irl for like 10 years. It seems like almost all people I know at work or otherwise are getting SC2.

Anyone hating on Morrow for using every advantage available to him is really missing the entire point of competitive StarCraft.

NIce, future looking good! The crowd was real good compared to previous days. Even the Nada v TLo was pretty quiet earlier today, did something change after like 9am today?

Yeah that rapper was an odd choice.

I agree on (1) a lot . Strong strategies need to be used for a number of reasons:
1) The players goal is to win, that is the only variable they can control. Balance is blizzard's job, or the tourney organizer to ban exploits etc if needed.
2) to be sure it is imbalanced. Let the best players try their best at highest stakes to figure out starts and counters.
3) if the same imba strat keeps winning, it expedites a fix by making it harder for people to deny or ignore it.

This is the simpler and more effective route to get shit done, much more effective than just whine/rage posts that may or may not prove anything or result in any action.

1. I was impressed to hear Morrow say that reapers are slightly imba. Can't be hating on him for using the advantages of his race (but can be hating on blizzard for not fixing them).
2. That rapper was terrible. There shouldn't be any rappers at all at such events. I imagine that metal would have been appreciated by most gamers.
3. So sad to see Dimaga lose. He did play very well.

The people who hate on morrow are the same people who deem certain strategies "cheap" and they don't use it cause they have "pride", or something similarly ridiculous like that.

If boxer can 3x bunker rush in the finals of the biggest tourney in korea. I don't see why people will complain about the strats used by Morrow, He is there to win, not provide fanservice.
