not much to say in this thread. Essentially I applied to be invited to ESWC this year awhile ago, didn't really think I would get invited, but whatever, it would be nice to be invited and then I forgot about it.
Fast forward to yesterday when ESWC announced that I was one of the players being invited, the problem?
Trips to Paris this time of year are very expensive (from North America) and with such short notice (It's later this month) there's a pretty good chance I won't get time off work to go.
Any teams out there want to sponsor my trip? I'll wear your uniform and stuff 
It just kind of sucks, there is some worry that this ESWC will be like Cyber X Games (and event that completely failed) so maybe it's for the best

I play it for fun, there aren't that many competitions for it so the fact that i've been to WCGs probably was enough to get me in (even though i've never made it past group stage)
