A lot of people ask me what it's like to be at the top of the 2v2 ladder on the North American server. "What's the level of competition look like circa ELO 2,000?" Usually I reply that what works in placement league will work just as well here.
But today's advice is more profound than "yeah, just make Banelings because everyone sucks." In fact, it's even better than "unfortunately you can get to ELO 2,000 with proxy 9Rax Reaper and 8Pool." Today's wisdom comes in the form of a replay (which I don't necessarily suggest that you watch in its entirety, although it is semi-entertaining). Today's gem is that dreams can come true. You can nuke a fleet of BCs and a small Zerg army and it can all happen at the "highest" lol levels of gameplay.
Please excuse the chat. We were not ourselves
Replay: Nuke!

Oh right, the game itself is actually pretty depressing but the ending at around ~31 minutes is pretty cool

how do i watch this? I get an error when i try to play it

lame. i don't know. i uploaded the replay file directly so you've got what i got, and it works for me. also worked for at least one other guy. wish you could watch it =[

have you updated your sc2 to the latest patch (released today)?

Replay worked fine for me. Was a fun game overall, especially enjoyed the rax walls, but the nuke actually missed almost all of the BCs and was too far from the bunkers to kill them - highly disappointing. Would still be interested in watching other 2v2 replays if you have some good ones though.

Oh come on man it hit the BCs fine it just doesn't do enough damage to kill BCs. It set all the bunkers on fire and reduced the BC's health by like 200 per BC. That's badass. Plus it killed 15 things.

rofl, it owned the bcs and a bunch of other stuff too, what are you talking about?
