I added a new song to my Myspace called 'The Death of Hope is the Birth of Idiocy'. Check it out if you like, it's pretty groovy

Would appreciate any opinions on the music as long as they aren't pointlessly negative! If it's not your style, move on and chill . Also for anyone who gave me advice and notices that I haven't acted on it yet, I have a bunch of new stuff to write for project briefs before I can go back and master/ perfect my other tracks!
It's supposed to be the sort of thing that you'd see silhouetted people dancing around to in an apple advert btw

Your song really reminded me of songs by They Might Be Giants. It was okay, but a bit repetitive. Maybe more than 2 chords in the verse?
Ah the repetition was to cancel the absolute lack of repetition in the other songs, but perhaps I should balance it out!
Like it! Only the crashes (symbel) are badly mixed. I would also revert to a more electronic/poppy crash, this sounds a bit to real/rock.
Thanks for the advice man, which part are you talking about? At the end or just generally? You mean the crashes at the beginning? They are indeed horribly sliced up from a punky drum loop well spotted.
Is it just me or does it sound a little bit like System of a Down? Not so much the style, but the voices.
My ex said that lol. It started from the bass voice which I got the idea from 80s matchbox b line disaster. They are just my generic male vocals but I guess there is some sort of similarity. I would love for Serj Tanken to sing on that song ><!
