As far as I know there were two programs that allowed to analyze a starcraft build order:
-the one Im searching for, yet dont remember the name
-and evolution forge http://www.icyhell.net/2008/05/06/evolution-forge-beta-v162-final/
The first program allwoed to input a build order (including number of workers) and would show you when will you get a number of units at specific time.
As you can see it was pretty primitive, yet still useful to calculate when you can stop a rush etc.
The ideal program would calculate:
-the mineral inflow at each second from the variable number of workers
1)the time at which units/buildings are made
2)the ability to remove/add workers/production facilities (e.g. I have 3 gateways at 5minutes - I can produce 3zealots at 5:10; giving me a total of X zealots)
3)it would be nice if it would have some basic information/analysis of the maps to see how long does it take to move units from point A to B (e.g. muta harass/standard rush) - although this can be made manually
The program which I am searching for allowed points 1 and 2 (although it did not allow to remove units) - does anyone remember it's name or have it?
I wonder if it could be remade for starcraft2.
The idea is simple - with this program one could optimize builds vs other; or even try to export some data into excel and try to find a "perfect build" vs other build,
