Weird Latency Problem

I can play one game on iCCup when I boot up my computer. After the first game, I get latency with everyone, whether I'm hosting or joining. I can't even join a game made by the same player who I just played.

Is anyone familiar with this?

edit: A little more information

I just noticed this problem today in the morning. I've used this laptop and router with exactly the same settings for months and have not had this problem. I did configure the router to allow me to host games, but I haven't changed those settings in a long time. I can't even think of anything that might have changed on my end since I rarely use this laptop for anything other than BW.
