You CAN take the play back on the foul on Saka and that is 100% a foul all day long, even in the "prem" where things are let go more often, he swipes at the ball 3 times and doesn't get the ball on any occasion and the 3rd swipe takes Saka out with contact on the upper leg/hip area. That should be brought back and foul given.

As i would like to point out, the biggest issue here is the referee gave NOTHING and said French player got the ball on both occassions on the foul on saka and clear foul on kane (whether penalty or not), utter trash performance from ref.
