Also, because its a popular question we are getting; unfortunately we are not able to provide detailed tracking for our international orders (yet), you will be able to follow the package progress till Chicago. Once it gets there it leaves the states and you must just wait for it to come ^_^

I was kind of disappointed that the poster that I ordered came with a little wear and tear. It was most noticeable near the top of the poster, but it was nothing too major.

Hi, you order is not yet shipped out by our distributor. I think it will go out very soon, we don't have that many orders pending now. You will receive an email with a tracking number which wont be of much use cause we unfortunately cannot provide detailed tracking outside of US at this point. You will be able to follow your package till Chicago where it gets on a plane to its destination.

As for the eastern Canada question, I think you will be able to get the package relatively fast as our warehouse is located on the us east coast itself.

I placed two separate orders, one for a TL Shirt (Medium) and one for a Teamliquid Poster.

I received an email on the 18th of Feburary for both orders that my orders were received and placed, but I've yet to receive any notice of them being shipped, or any responses to my queries about the orders.

Hello everyone,

Kind of a suggestion/complaint here concerning about items that are currently in your cart. As it stands now, the store is on a first come first serve basis (buying the item), I was hoping that by placing something directly INTO your Cart, you are able to reserve your copy of the item if you are unavailable to purchase it immediately. (On a timeframe, e.g. 24 hours reserve once placed into cart)

This is obviously an emergency case, or for people who are unable to buy immediately, but the item is going fast and they intend to buy. (I.E. Liquid Mousepad, Liquid Key Caps) I had a Pad + 4 Keycaps in my cart hours ago, I was under the impression there was some reserve system going here, but I got screwed horribly. (Still at work)

*EDIT* - Second Idea! - What if you got a PM on TeamLiquid whenever an item that was -Sold Out- in the store was restocked? Or had the option to be notified when x item is back in stock?

So, I had ordered my TL shirt quite some time ago by now, at least more than two weeks. When I check on the USPS website, it says the last place it was in was Chicago, and that was 8 days ago now. I'm just wondering if you had information you could tell me about it. I'm getting quite sad

I have a couple of concerns about the Team Liquid Goliathus mousemat. I am somewhat annyoed by several things about it, specifically as a European.

First of all, I love the mat, and I do intend to buy it. The first reason I am halted from just outright buying it, is that the shipping to Europe is 15$ on top of the mat. I do know that shipping in itself is very expensive from the US to Europe and I do not have a problem with that. The thing is, that the mat is produced by Razer thus it would make sense that they handle the shipping and should have mats in Europe for the European market, which would lower the cost for shipping considerably. I can never understand why something like this would be planned as a solely American product, most likely forgoing the entire world by not preparing for people from outside the US wanting to buy it. Also, I bought for example the first 4 books from the Game of Thrones series from a private book retailer in California via Amazon for 4€ shipping, so it would seem even cheaper handling to Europe is possible, though I do not expect you guys to have the same deals as Amazon of course.

Second the ratio of product price and shipping price is "too damn high". I would gladly pay 40$ straight to TL for the mat and shipping on to, but to nearly pay the same for the shipping of the product seems miscalculated and should have been thought about beforehand...

Thirdly, I am really annoyed that European customers get the stick with $ to € conversion again. Every freaking company does this, just copy paste the price to Euro and laugh at people for paying 1/3 more. That is just poor decision making buy the companies and really makes it hard for a European to buy something, cause you know you are getting cheated. In the Team Liquid store it actually calculates the end price in Dollars, so you do work with that. Why the hell did you guys not just keep the 20$ price tag for all regions, if your store calculates the final price to dollars anyway, instead you convert 20€ to 26$ and happily grab nearly 30% more money from Europeans? That just pisses me off.

ATM, I really want the mat, and I want to support TL. I would even be ok with paying more for the product, but they way you are handling this thing with the store, especially the $€ conversion, it just stops me every time.

I wonder if you can select US/Rest of the World and go through the purchase process normally from there. You would get billed in US dollars on your credit card/Paypal and the conversion to euro would happen there. Without actually buying a mousepad to test, the store doesn't seem to have any issues allowing shipping to a Eurozone country even though I selected "US/Rest of the World".

Nope does not work, I just tried it, and you get an error message saying that this product cannot be shipped to Germany. Sad, is all I have to say.

Today (13th of March) I went to the post office and was only able to receive my poster, not my tshirt (I live in Denmark so the packages take some time to get here). I went to check the tracking and the posters tracking looks fine (cleared through Chicago) but still nothing on the tshirt.

In the Team Liquid store it actually calculates the end price in Dollars, so you do work with that. Why the hell did you guys not just keep the 20$ price tag for all regions, if your store calculates the final price to dollars anyway, instead you convert 20€ to 26$ and happily grab nearly 30% more money from Europeans? That just pisses me off.

ATM, I really want the mat, and I want to support TL. I would even be ok with paying more for the product, but they way you are handling this thing with the store, especially the $€ conversion, it just stops me every time.

You have the same concerns I have, which also kept me from ordering it from the TL store even though I would like to support TL more. Another big reason for me, which you did not mention, is that you will likely have to pay import VAT (19% in Germany) on top of it. I had this misfortunate experience when I ordered the 3-pack TL race logo shirts from the TL store two months ago (described what transpired here).

The Razer Goliathus TL mouse mat is back in stock there. I ordered it a few hours ago for 19.99 EUR plus 9.76 EUR shipping (which is still pretty high) from the Razer online store. I take it TL will still benefit since they own the TL brand and have a cooperation with Razer. The benefit for me here is that it will be sent from Europe, so no import VAT applies and it will only take a few days for it to arrive. Excited.

No worries, I just wanted to make sure everything was still happening with the order. I read about getting a tracking number a day or two after most orders are placed. I think the store is great and I'm sure I'll be making future purchases. Thanks for the update.

Hello disciple,

I have ordered a Goliathus Mouse Mat 6 days ago (March 9th), and I still haven't got my tracking number of shipping confirmation or whatever you should get when your item is being shipped I know someone who placed an order around the same time that I did (maybe a day earlier ?? ) and he got his own mouse mat today, wich had me "worried" since I still didn't have a shipping confirmation mail.

How long does it usually takes ?

Due to probably an either failure on my part, I am unable to find my order id. All I have is a transaction ID that has many more numbers than the usual eight I see posted by people.

Hi, I have a question, I know the key caps are sold out right now but I was wondering what the depth of the key cap is.
Different key caps are meant for different rows on a cherry switch keyboard.

I assume it's for the row with the esc key - but want to be sure.

So what is exactly your problem, I told you the tracking doesn't get updated after the package reaches Chicago, you can quite literally get the package, check the status in 3 months from now and it will still say its in Chicago. When the shirt leaves the states USPS are not responsible for it and can't give any information about its location. It's a bad situation for everybody and it can be improved with much more expensive shipping service like FedEx. Calling me dbag who should'nt do customer service after explaining you how our international shipping works and why I can't tell you where the package is right now, isn't going to get you the information you want know. My best intentions are to help you and for me it's just not possible to help you more than that.

Your order was shipped out on 5th of March, sometimes it takes up to 4-5 weeks for the international orders to reach their destination, sometimes its a lot faster. USPS can't give exact ETA of delivery cause that depends on local post service and your zip code. If you don't get the package in 5 weeks after the order is shipped out by our distributor, we offer to send a replacement or refund you fully. Many people decide for one of the options and show understanding for the whole situation.

So my shirt arrived, and it's fantastic.

I wish I could say the same for the poster. It arrived dented and partly crumpled, likely as a result of the awful shipping it went through, but I'm not really happy with it. There's no real point in sending it back as the cost is prohibitive to send it from here to Australia.

The photo really doesn't do it much justice due to how reflective it is.

I think you guys really need to reconsider using USPS, or make sure they treat our packages with more respect, because it's pretty hard to dent a cardboard tube so much that it actually damages the poster as well.

I don't speak for TL at all but the "chill the fuck out" seems about right. As far as I can tell its just Disciple handling stuff in this thread and you waited less than 24 hours between posts in here. He's only one man !

oh gosh.... your orders were held by paypal this entire time, paypal hold multiple orders by the same account in order to prevent duplicated charges and mistakes by the customers. I just approved all orders and they will be shipped out by our distributor asap. god, Im really sorry for this massive delay...tt... Your payment was rejected by Paypal and therefore your order was canceled. We never got money from you.

hey, I'm trying to figure out what I should do about my team liquid mouse pad order. received a notification over a month ago that it had been shipped but I'm yet to receive it.

The tracking link provided for USPS does not update me with any information about the current whereabouts of the package.

my brother ordered one at the same time and has already received his, being in Australia i did try and give it time but now I'm worried that its been lost and i Emailed teamliquid shipping a week ago and have not received a response.

any help/info on what to do would be great thanks!

got a question about the TL horse logo shirts. i wear small shirts (express, hollister, ae, etc...a little tight but still comfortable) but i wear medium white tees(the ones you get from walmart, etc)

im looking to buy the triple pack and was wondering what size i should get? im like 5'5 130~ if that helps

Im going to repost what I posted in the hoodie thread in hopes of some help sooner rather than later


I fucked up somehow and now I can't order the liquid rising poster and also never got the second poster offer for free and I got to the page where I could pay paypal.

Now my cart is empty, I have spent no money and I have nothing ordered but can't readd the items to my cart :/

PMed Rich but if I am supposed to talk to someone else let me know.


I also currently still have the Paypal tab open for the cart order that went through, but it is charging me for the 2nd poster don't know if that order still exists or not to TL :/

The same thing happened to me as some posters above, I had my posters from donating $10 in my cart and went to check out on the PayPal website but closed it due to not having my debit card on me at the time. I would be really appreciative if there was some way my account could be reset and I could attempt to order the posters again.

It looks like the movie poster just ran out of stock as I was about to add it with the triple horse poster. I stalled to google to make sure there wasn't just a poster of the Spirit horse by itself. There was not, so I returned to the store, added the poster, and noticed the movie poster had disappeared from my cart. Now, it shows out of stock. Can anyone help me out or let me know someone I should be contacting?

Just wondering what the usual ship time is. i paid for the 2 posters(shipping) and a mousepad on the 2nd of this month and when i track my order its still on shipment pending. my order is K2O7KOVM. if anyone can look into this, or if this is the normal turn around can you let me know? seems like a long time :/

Quick question to TL. I have a prepaid Amex gift card and was wanting to buy the TL Mousepad (cause it looks mighty fine). However it appears that paypal doesn't allow, or just wont verify prepaid cards, insisting that it must be a credit card. Is there any way around this, or will I have to pay through credit?

Let me start out by saying I love Team Liquid and all that they do for the esports community. However I am very dissatisfied in my ordering expirience. I ordered a new mousemat along with my free poster almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasnt even shipped according to the tracker. Is there a way to cancel my order and get a refund?

Just wondering how long mousepads usually take to get shipped to Canada. I ordered a TL mousepad 5 days ago, still says ** Your order has been sent to our warehouse for shipping. You should receive a shipping confirmation email shortly once your order ships. **
How long does it take to get to Canada? Someone told me it can be 4-8 weeks... I cant wait this long for a mousepad! Although id love the teamliquid one, I simply need one before then!

How long does an order stay in "PENDING SHIPMENT" for? I ordered shirt+hoodie+2poster liquid rising dealio on July 2nd. I received confirmation of acceptance on July 5th, which also stated that the shirt was backordered. Since then, the order has been shown on the status as "PENDING SHIPMENT". I'm hoping that the shirt being backordered isn't delaying everything, because I would've passed on ordering another shirt if I knew it would hold up shipment of the hoodie as I'm eager to find out whether I'll have to place another order when they go back in stock for a larger size.

I placed an order on the 3rd, and It's still pending shipment. By looking at this thread it seems like a common problem. I have two questions. #1: Where is my order, and more importantly #2 WHY does it take this long to ship?

I mean seriously, do you have to ship it across the whole damn country to get it to your warehouse?

I got my shipment from you guys and everything was fine except one of the posters. I ordered the Triple Horse Poster and got the Liquid Rising Poster instead, I never gave contribution to the movie either? So I'm kind of bummed about that slip up, anyway of correcting this?

Just received my mouse mat, to those of you who are worried about shipping, don't worry your items will get there, being swamped with orders I can imagine how to difficult things might get, but rest assure I received what I purchased. Even though my "Free Gift Item" was not received or at least not sent with my original package, what ever it was supposed to be, the most important part is that I got what I bought and I supported TL in some way or another. I ordered three shirts in june, so about 1 1/2 months ago. Delivery started normally but then, apparently, got stuck in Chicago (at least tracking stops there). In the last 3 weeks I already tried sending 2 e-mails to shipping@teamliquid.net but it seems they were (just outright) ignored, hence I'm posting here. I tried contacting the USPS, but since I'm German and no US citizen their website refuses to help me: they want me to contact the retailer. Is there anything you can do? My order number is: P7PFJ9TG
Obviously, I don't like to spend money on goods which never arrive and a lacking customer support. Does anybody know if there is a way to get my money back if nothing is done to resolve this issue?

I ordered a hoodie and keycap, and only the hoodie was in the box, despite the keycap, hoodie, and free gift being on the packing slip. Is there anyone I can email or PM to fix this? Thanks!

Just a question regarding the Liquid Rising poster, I didn't redeem mine before it went out of stock, so does that mean it will be restocked at some point so I can redeem it or was I just too slow?

Edit: Since this is a feedback thread I wanted to add that I've only had positive experiences with purchasing from the TL store, and the TL staff have been very helpful with any issues in the past, keep up the good work!

Now I'm really confused. As I posted above, the initial order confirmation stated that the TL Shirt was backordered. So, okay, that's fine. I received a shipment notice on July 13 and a package in the mail with only the item that was originally backordered, the TL Shirt. I don't know where the hoodie+2 posters are and I haven't received anything else. Interestingly enough, with the package which was just the TL shirt, there was a packing slip that listed everything I ordered with the medium hoodie, "freegift01", liquid rising poster, and TL Poster. I'm confused. What happened to my hoodie & other stuff? Checking the order status on the TL Store just says shipped now, but all I've received is the one item that was on backorder, the shirt. My original order number is on the quoted post.

I received my posters from the TeamLiquid Rising promotion today, and found the tube bent, I had planned on framing and hanging the posters, but now the have very visible creases on them, should I take this up with the store here, or the shipping company?

Got an answer from TL. Generally, for all those who are ordering from Europe: It seems like tracking simply stops in Chicago, as the goods are leaving the US and USPS cannot track them anymore. The goods are still being delivered, so don't panic (like I did >.<).

I ordered a Race shirt(zerg) almost one month ago (June 19th) and I have gotten no information on when it has shipped or anything. The only confirmation I have is from paypal saying that the transaction went through. My Item# is

Why in the world did i pay 18 dollars for shipping for it it to ship 14 days later? and then not receive it until the 19th. i feel like 17 days is quite a long time to wait for such an expensive amount of shipping. Second, When i go to open the package today, i i was missing a mouse mat. so i only had half of my order. My order number is TQQZS750. You can check there, even the packing list said two mousemats. but guess what, there is only one. So what? now i have to wait another 17 days for you to fix your mistake? That is incredulous, and a complete middle finger to your customer and loyal fan. If that is case refund the money for one of the mosue pads+ shipping and i will order it directly from your sponsor. I will Pm you with my personal info so you can contact me more effectively if desired. Thank you.

I'm reposting the text from the thread I made in here. Sorry about not checking this first, I assumed (wrongly) that it was more for payment type issues. Anyways:

I'm not really 100% about whether or not this is the correct place to post this, but I felt like it made more sense than the others.

Anyways, I just wanted to post this here and see if there was anything I could do. I was really hoping to frame these in my room above my monitor, but now there is no way I would do it with all of the dents and marks on the posters. I also ordered a keycap which arrived fine, but only because it isn't made of paper. I think the biggest issue is that whomever decided to ship it just jammed the posters into a thin paper tube without realizing what would happen if the tube got bent.

I received it in the mail this past friday to much glee, but my sweater was wedged into a long narrow container (made to fit the poster tube i assume). This of course had no effect on the sweater itself, but my Liquid Rising poster ended up getting dented THROUGH the poster tube, upon removal, there was obvious wrinkle marks created by this, as well as torn ends caused by the stress. I know the poster was free so I'm not asking for a replacement or anything, it's still cool to have, I just thought it'd be good for the TL Admins to know that customers of actual posters might be getting frustrating results due to packaging and miss handling of the shipments.

Edit: realized I had the same issue as the person above me. His video basically shows what happened to my poster verbatim, dented tube, wrinkles/ripped edges.
I now have autographs of both BoxeR and NaDa. I can die happy. Lim Yo Hwan and Lee Yun Yeol FIGHTING forever!

I ordered some TL goodies when Liquid Rising was released (July 2) and i have heard no good news from it since then.
I was warned it was being held on the 7th of July and that I had to contact the staff in order to confirm my adress. I have done that 3 times now, either by sending a direct email to store@teamliquid.net or using the form in the store, but I have never been answered.
I'd really like to know what's happening with my order and when it will be shipped.

Even the packing slip I got says that there should've been two of them. Also, I bought TSL+ but I don't know how I redeem my TSL4 poster? Hi, when I ordered the posters with the Liquid Rising donation, the receipt said I didn't include an address (I figured paypal would automatically give the address I had on paypal). I had completely forgot about that until recently. I sent an email to the store address a while ago but didn't get a response. Let me know what information you need to sort this out

Hi, I donated $5 to Liquid`Rising and was hoping to redeem the poster as I thought it'd look nice for college decorations, but when I press redeem in the store, it seems I still have to pay $8.95. It doesn't seem to be for shipping as it's in the cart before the shipping prices are displayed. What can I do?

Order was shipped on the 8th, arrived today. Poster was a bit crumpled, probably USPS or Royal Fail (Mail) tried sticking it where the sun don't shine. Very pleased with the store service. The keycap is very nice, as is the lapel pin and the two free TL logo stickers.

Seems to be a USPS tradition to damage your posters, TL.

Came home from Uni to see it on my doormat, excited to see it finally arrived. Was not very excited to see it had a very noticeable bend in the packaging.

Had an exactly same bend on my poster tube thing. It also looked like they opened it up, took everything out and stuffed it all back in. Swear to God, USPS are a fucking joke.

A few things:

The popularity of the store has clearly outgrown the staff they have assigned to it, which, as far as I can tell, is just disciple. Not nearly enough. People have been going for months without responses and honestly, a couple of days feels like an eternity when something is wrong, especially with how easy it is to communicate these days. It is important to note that Paypal does not let you file a dispute after 45 days. In my case, the payment went through on July 2, an incomplete package was received on July 19 (which also feels like an eternity considering how much shipping is charged on these orders) at which point I immediately filled out a contact form. Over the course of the next month I made forum posts, sent a private message to disciple, filled out another contact form, and finally sent an e-mail to shipping@teamliquid.net to let them know that I had run out of time and had to file a dispute with Paypal before my 45 days ran out. Part of me regrets only asking for a refund for the missing part of my order. I am pretty upset about the whole thing and if this entire process ends with just me getting that amount of money back with no communication whatsoever, I definitely won't be satisfied.

Secondly: They really need to use different poster tubes for their posters. When the logo posters came out, I bought one immediately, and received a wrinkled poster. They sent me another one relatively quickly, but it wasn't perfect either, but at that point, it was good enough and I really didn't want to deal with it anymore. I noted to them then that they should really use wider, sturdier tubes since the narrow ones they use pretty much guarantee posters get damaged in the mail, but when I saw them using the exact same tubes for the Liquid Rising posters six months later, I lost all sympathy for them. I now wish that I had kept requesting new posters until I got one that didn't come damaged due to their packaging decisions. I won't be making that mistake again.

I still love TL, but I have grown to really hate the store.

Update: Paypal said TL agreed to a refund within a few hours and I got an e-mail the next day (today). I'm still super pissed, but at least I got my money back. Definitely will not be buying from TL again until they fix their major distribution problems (Cost: $14 to ship $23 of product plus a "free" poster is ridiculous. I calculated shipping for just the pin to figure out how much of a refund I should ask for. Three dollars. You can easily send someone that pin for like 50 cents. Just under a dollar if you want to use a bubble mailer. Time: Two weeks from the time payment was received to when the package was finally shipped. Careless packaging: Bad poster tubes, oversized boxes, poorly taped up boxes). I've ordered from TL three times and each experience has been worse than the last, with this last one being by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

I should also note that I'm in the US, so international shipping has nothing to do with my order taking nearly 20 days just to get to me. It was in processing for two weeks. The actual shipment only took 2-3 days because USPS is speedy like that.

I kind of have to agree. I suppose i'm just used to getting my shipments within a week of ordering, but it's scary when you read people haven't gotten their items for months, and like you said it seems like the only staff member that takes care of the store is disciple.

From what I read in this thread, it seems he is extremely busy with college, and can't maintain the store and school at the same time, which is completely understandable. Still, they should be looking to get someone to help him out if that's the case.

It's crazy that you can order a poster or shirt and not receive it in a week or 2 at most. There are some really good items in the store, but the wait to get them is quite long. I really think they need to find a better company to handle their international shipping, because it's just not worth it at the moment.

I would gladly buy more items from the store if they could guarantee delivery within 2 weeks, as would many others I bet! I hope this recent feedback reaches the right people.

edit: 5 minutes after this post, my shirt arrived! XD

i have a question i want to buy the mouse mat and the tsl4 poster but u have to pay shipping for them both

like its 15 dollars for the mouse mat
and its 9 dollars for the tsl poster but if u buy them both
this shipping wil cost 24 dollars why? and not just 15 like the most online stores do

Shipping price increases with weight and size. The poster is a rather irregular shape and the mousemat adds weight.

I just received my order! I was so excited to have all this TL goodness, after having been lurking for years and years. But to my horror, as I was trying on the t-shirts they are all just super borderline too small, (the hoodie too). If the shirts don't shrink I can probably wear them, but if they do I will be in big trouble.

So I guess my questions are:

Are the shirts going to shrink if I wash them?

How would I go about exchanging the shirts and hoodies for the next size up?

I have no idea if they can be exchanged, but I can tell you that my did shirts/hoodie not shrink (yet).
I am a little afraid of putting them in the drier because that is what usually fucks clothes over, so I just hang them out to dry.
Takes a little longer, but its safe :D

I wash them on 30C and so far they have all survived, only the logo on the official team jersey is getting a little messed up but I guess you do not have that one since it was not on sale this time. The others should be save though, at least that's my experience.

I was really worried that I had gotten the wrong size stuff or that my posters would be wrinkled or something but I got home today to my flawless package from TL and you could say I am extremely satisfied . The posters are very nice, the shirts are more comfortable than anything I've ever worn, the mouse pad is super slick and HUGE, and everything else is super cool too! Thanks TL!

I have yet to receive any posters. Not sure if it is due to low stock or not. I may continue to be patient, but I ordered them a while ago, back sometime before august. I received my tl mousepad from the same week i ordered the posters, but not the posters themselves.

A couple weeks ago I saw the first liquid rising link. I decided to watch the whole documentation and I was excited to see that there was a new poster we could order if we made a donation. Almost without thinking I made that payment and grabbed that poster from the store...

To my dismay, the tube arrived damaged and the posters inside aswell.

The damage is pretty noticable on both:

Hi, thanks for the your PM. I'm afraid we dont offer returns outside of the USA. I cant give you the exact cost but looking at the shipping it will cost at least 80$ to get a size smaller.

I'm considering picking up a hoodie from your store, but I have some problems with figuring out how the shipping is handled. I'm in europe, but I have a friend who can pick it up for me, since she's taking a buisness trip to the U.S. Because of that, I need to time the arrival of the package with her stay, so some details on when/how fast the packages are sent out would be appreciated.

In answer to this and my own question (both basically the same), HoTS will introduce global play!

Can someone tell me why it took almost a week for my order to ship? I purchased a shirt on December 15, and I got an email that said it shipped at 9 pm on December 21. I figured it would take some time for transport, but I didn't think it would take that long just to get in the system! Guys, wtf? This is supposed to be a Christmas gift and now it won't get here until January! Is there anyway I can pay more money for it to be fast tracked or something?

In my experience it can take up to 3 weeks until something can arrive from the uk.
My ordered hoddie and shirt arrived today (germany). Ordered them on the 25.03 at 23:20.
Didnt expect them to arrive this fast.

Maybe I have missed something, but I find it amazing that there is so little information on the clothing. I want to know what its made off, and I want to know a size guide. I want to know of the quality of what I am paying for. Many many websites online now offer all this information in a easy to understand and well presented form.

Just got my XXL Team Liquid Hoodie in the mail, was SOOO happy. Took it out of the box and marveled at it's awesomeness. Proceeded to put it on (well, I tried to put it on...) and couldn't even get the damn thing around my fat body. I have plenty of XXL hoodies, fit just fine. Very sad, not because of the waste of money since I love supporting Team Liquid, but because I won't be able to wear what I thought was going to be SOOO amazing to sport around town... Team Liquid hates me and they don't even know me... I just wanna be loved back, Team Liquid! Is that too much to ask?!?!

So, ordered a Team Liquid mouse pad to make me feel better. Hahaha... :D

Let me know whenever a bigger Team Liquid hoodie is available! I will buy one as soon as it is.

Order from EU Store 2.0 just arrived. Overall everything looks pretty cool, very happy about ton of blue stuff! Though I kind of epxected it to ship faster - it took 17 days. Funny thing - long time ago I ordered TL jersey and got 2 stickers. This time pin + hoodie + goliathus + t-shirt + poster = 1 sticker. I don't see how it works - extra sticker for first order maybe?

But everything well packed and when I asked about the package a got very quick response. Overall thumbs up!

I'm told that if there are buttons on the left side is an indication that the shirt I'm wearing was originally cut for a woman. With zips, I think they can just be on either side, though I have noticed that more of mine seem to be on the right.

Well it's definitely the first piece of cloth I have with zipper on the other side but as I'm told that's by design rather than by accident it's fine. It's just confusing when you try to start zipping - after that there's no difference, pretty much. The only sad part now is that when it arrived it started to be too hot for long sleeves in Warsaw

I have a question about the TL mouse pad. I want to support TL by getting the mouse pad in the store. However, the listed size is way too big for my taste (35cmx25cm), I don't understand why people would want a mouse pad that takes up that much space. Is it possible to buy it in a smaller size?

first question: why don't you ship your clothing in bubble envelopes? it would be cheaper than the box method.. shipping is very expensive..

secondly: my girlfriend bought me a TL hoodie very recently. She read that she would get an email when the item shipped (she didn't..), and she was told what we would be getting a "special gift".. hoodie shows up in a box, no gift. The hoodie is too small, so she returns it and asks for a medium.. she also asked about the "special gift" and she was told oh oops looks like we ran out! That's kind of lame, seeing how she spent 60 dollars on the hoodie, 10 bucks on shipping, and 8 dollars on shipping it back.. The customer service isn't exactly.. there.. I've been wanting the hoodie for years and I'm just disappointed about the entire process.

Disciple will have to answer your shipping question, but to your second question:
1) We do note that the hoodies are slim fit and supply sizing charts to ensure that a proper fit is found.
2) We apologise for the stocking issue with regard to the free gift. We are working on restocking those asap. Rather than waiting for the stock for the free gift to arrive and holding up weeks and weeks of orders, we decided to send out the orders without the gift.

Have you ever considered adding a TL Bookstore?

I know at least a few ppl here have written and published (at least online/amazon) ebooks

It would allow both the authors to sell some/more and teamliquid can profit

I know this is really easy to setup at almost 0 costs, and TL can obviously profit from referral.

So you put something like the link to purchase, the image of the book, and a small review about the book/author.

I think you guys should start producing 3x3 or even 2x2 bumper stickers or window decals (prefer the latter). I would put on on my pickup and it's a nice little chunk of flaunting to countless strangers on the road. Maybe just something simple like "TL" or even the new logo (just "TL" would be... retro and spanktabulous).

Anyway, I think you'd sell them easily. Something to consider maybe, I shall be patient.

Hello! I'm new to the site and forums so forgive me if I'm asking this in the wrong place.

I was inspired by Liquid's performance in The International, and I was hoping to buy some stuff in the store to show some support, however the Spirit, Steel, and Winged Horse shirts are all sold out in size 2XL.

What about updating the logo of the head sponsor on the TL shirt on store? Than put the actual one on sale so that you can empty stocks?

I contacted Customer Service by mail, but I'm posting here just to be sure.

I just ordered a jersey on the TL EU store. I paid with PayPal, but I didn't noticed the address of my PayPal-account was set on my old address, thus it doesn't match the address it needs to be shipped to. On the payment page of the TL store, it says my PayPal-account's address has to be the same as my shipping address.

So, am I in trouble now?

Hi, I tried ordering the 5 keycaps, but apparently it's only available as an add on. So while looking for the cheapest item in the store it's the Liquid Rising poster. Can anyone pls help me, i tried to exchange my TL Jacket from XL to 2XL and send it back after one day to the TeamLiquid Store in England.
This was delievered 18.3.15 and since then i didnt recieve my exchange.
I contacted disciple, Plexa and the normal Store Contact formula and noone could give me a satisfying answer, when or if i get my 2XL Jacket.
(A answer which explain me the ongoing and a delievery date would 100% satisfy me)

Hi, I've ordered The Windranger t-shirt along with its digital unlock more than a month ago. Yesterday night, i received a mail that the order has been refunded in full, with no explanation.

Unfortunately the Windranger shirts have been out of stock for a long time. A glitch in the stock levels somehow allowed you to place an order even though it was actually out of stock. That order then got stuck at our warehouse since they had no more shirts to send. Since we didn't expect any more stock any time soon, we have cancelled and refunded any stuck orders since it would never have shipped.

We're improving our process to detect orders that get "stuck" like this and I'm sorry it took so long for your order to be cancelled / refunded.

hey, i ordered a shirt and in the order confirmation it says you're throwing in a "free gift".
i appreciate anything free.

however, i just hope this does not make the cost of shipping go up.
i'm in the great white north so shipping costs can rise fast.

Hi Guys, i tried to exchange my Jacket from the first Stock and because of bad circumstances i was told i have to wait for the new Stock and will get the first one in size 2XL but now the restock is released and i got no email, tracking number or other life signs. Hi,

I ordered a 'L' Team Liquid Jacket on the 20th of July, I received it on the 24th but found out it was too big for me. I sent it back on the 28th (arrived at distribution centre on the 29th) and put instructions requesting for a Small on the invoice. Since then i've contacted TL support and heard nothing back, and the exchange still hasn't been delivered back to me.

I have my Order ID and Tracking Number for the return.

Hi,

I have a question on the pricing of items. I'm interested in buying the TL mousepad, which is 24.99 EUR in the store (plus 9 EUR shipping). If I now change the price to USD, it's 19.99, which is about 18 EUR, with the same shipping cost. I would just like to know, where the extreme price difference comes from because imho a price increase of 41% is a little bit harsh.

The prices are set by Razer for the different regions, I guess there is an added cost of doing business (logistics, taxes, etc) in the EU that makes it more expensive here.

In the review section of the store, is there a reason why when posting reviews, all text is lumped as a single block of text?

It makes it much more difficult to read reviews so I tried to write mine in a way that I believe gets the point across easily with bullet points(like most helpful reviews IMO). It sort of backfired horribly after I posted and looked at it lol.

It was a TL Jacket review to save you the trouble of looking it up.

Hi, I was just wondering if EU will get some love in the future or if that depends on Jinx now.

I ordered a mousepad yesterday and was kinda disappointed by the 9 euros shipping cost and the long wait (it won't arrive for christmas unless I pay 45 euros for shipping). There is also the risk that it gets checked by customs which once again would increase the cost and wait (already happened with some shirts in the past).

I really wanted a new mousepad and support TL, but usually the downsides would be to big for me to order from Jinx/the US, this was an exception. So bascially I'd like to know if there are plans to ship from the EU in the future.

I ordered a T shirt, mouse mat and a few small starcraft items (stickers etc) my order total was £36.2 plus £6.33 P&P to the UK, upon delivery I had to pay a £15 fee to customs. Jinx did state that I was responsible for this charge but as I have never ordered from the US before and as the items were individually inexpensive and not controversial in nature I was highly surprised and disappointed.

Jinx should give some indication of the charges and really non US customers have been poorly affected by the chnage in store.

Yeah that's an unfortunate consequence of moving to J!NX. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do about that, we don't control what information J!NX provides. My guess is they don't want to provide an estimated charge and be liable for anything if that charge isn't accurate.

I know this is a bit old, but I was looking at the store and the softshell jacket says it won't be restocked. I was looking forward to getting one. Any chance it'll come back in some form or another?
