You will receive an email with a tracking number which wont be of much use cause we unfortunately cannot provide detailed tracking outside of US at this point. You will be able to follow your package till Chicago where it gets on a plane to its destination. As for the eastern Canada question, I think you will be able to get the package relatively fast as our warehouse is located on the us east coast itself. | ||

I received an email on the 18th of Feburary for both orders that my orders were received and placed, but I've yet to receive any notice of them being shipped, or any responses to my queries about the orders. Kind of a suggestion/complaint here concerning about items that are currently in your cart. As it stands now, the store is on a first come first serve basis (buying the item), I was hoping that by placing something directly INTO your Cart, you are able to reserve your copy of the item if you are unavailable to purchase it immediately. (On a timeframe, e.g. 24 hours reserve once placed into cart) This is obviously an emergency case, or for people who are unable to buy immediately, but the item is going fast and they intend to buy. (I.E. Liquid Mousepad, Liquid Key Caps) I had a Pad + 4 Keycaps in my cart hours ago, I was under the impression there was some reserve system going here, but I got screwed horribly. (Still at work) *EDIT* - Second Idea! - What if you got a PM on TeamLiquid whenever an item that was -Sold Out- in the store was restocked? Or had the option to be notified when x item is back in stock? | ||

First of all, I love the mat, and I do intend to buy it. The first reason I am halted from just outright buying it, is that the shipping to Europe is 15$ on top of the mat. I do know that shipping in itself is very expensive from the US to Europe and I do not have a problem with that. The thing is, that the mat is produced by Razer thus it would make sense that they handle the shipping and should have mats in Europe for the European market, which would lower the cost for shipping considerably. I can never understand why something like this would be planned as a solely American product, most likely forgoing the entire world by not preparing for people from outside the US wanting to buy it. Also, I bought for example the first 4 books from the Game of Thrones series from a private book retailer in California via Amazon for 4€ shipping, so it would seem even cheaper handling to Europe is possible, though I do not expect you guys to have the same deals as Amazon of course. Second the ratio of product price and shipping price is "too damn high". I would gladly pay 40$ straight to TL for the mat and shipping on to, but to nearly pay the same for the shipping of the product seems miscalculated and should have been thought about beforehand... Thirdly, I am really annoyed that European customers get the stick with $ to € conversion again. You would get billed in US dollars on your credit card/Paypal and the conversion to euro would happen there. You have the same concerns I have, which also kept me from ordering it from the TL store even though I would like to support TL more. Another big reason for me, which you did not mention, is that you will likely have to pay import VAT (19% in Germany) on top of it. I had this misfortunate experience when I ordered the 3-pack TL race logo shirts from the TL store two months ago (described what transpired here). Since you're in the same boat being from Germany (EU), check this link: http://store.razerzone.com/store/razerusa/de_DE/pd/productID.244227600/categoryId.35208900 The Razer Goliathus TL mouse mat is back in stock there. I ordered it a few hours ago for 19.99 EUR plus 9.76 EUR shipping (which is still pretty high) from the Razer online store. Your order was shipped out on 5th of March, sometimes it takes up to 4-5 weeks for the international orders to reach their destination, sometimes its a lot faster. USPS can't give exact ETA of delivery cause that depends on local post service and your zip code. If you don't get the package in 5 weeks after the order is shipped out by our distributor, we offer to send a replacement or refund you fully. Many people decide for one of the options and show understanding for the whole situation. | ||

I wish I could say the same for the poster. It arrived dented and partly crumpled, likely as a result of the awful shipping it went through, but I'm not really happy with it. There's no real point in sending it back as the cost is prohibitive to send it from here to Australia. The photo really doesn't do it much justice due to how reflective it is. http://i.imgur.com/X7887.jpg I think you guys really need to reconsider using USPS, or make sure they treat our packages with more respect, because it's pretty hard to dent a cardboard tube so much that it actually damages the poster as well. | ||

I fucked up somehow and now I can't order the liquid rising poster and also never got the second poster offer for free and I got to the page where I could pay paypal. Now my cart is empty, I have spent no money and I have nothing ordered but can't readd the items to my cart :/ PMed Rich but if I am supposed to talk to someone else let me know. It looks like the movie poster just ran out of stock as I was about to add it with the triple horse poster. I stalled to google to make sure there wasn't just a poster of the Spirit horse by itself. There was not, so I returned to the store, added the poster, and noticed the movie poster had disappeared from my cart. Now, it shows out of stock. I ordered three shirts in june, so about 1 1/2 months ago. Delivery started normally but then, apparently, got stuck in Chicago (at least tracking stops there). In the last 3 weeks I already tried sending 2 e-mails to shipping@teamliquid.net but it seems they were (just outright) ignored, hence I'm posting here. I tried contacting the USPS, but since I'm German and no US citizen their website refuses to help me: they want me to contact the retailer. Is there anything you can do? I'm not really 100% about whether or not this is the correct place to post this, but I felt like it made more sense than the others. My order ID: P0NAS2NI I've got a youtube video of the damage here: Anyways, I just wanted to post this here and see if there was anything I could do. I was really hoping to frame these in my room above my monitor, but now there is no way I would do it with all of the dents and marks on the posters. I also ordered a keycap which arrived fine, but only because it isn't made of paper. I think the biggest issue is that whomever decided to ship it just jammed the posters into a thin paper tube without realizing what would happen if the tube got bent. | ||

I received it in the mail this past friday to much glee, but my sweater was wedged into a long narrow container (made to fit the poster tube i assume). This of course had no effect on the sweater itself, but my Liquid Rising poster ended up getting dented THROUGH the poster tube, upon removal, there was obvious wrinkle marks created by this, as well as torn ends caused by the stress. I know the poster was free so I'm not asking for a replacement or anything, it's still cool to have, I just thought it'd be good for the TL Admins to know that customers of actual posters might be getting frustrating results due to packaging and miss handling of the shipments. Edit: realized I had the same issue as the person above me. His video basically shows what happened to my poster verbatim, dented tube, wrinkles/ripped edges. | ||

The popularity of the store has clearly outgrown the staff they have assigned to it, which, as far as I can tell, is just disciple. Not nearly enough. People have been going for months without responses and honestly, a couple of days feels like an eternity when something is wrong, especially with how easy it is to communicate these days. It is important to note that Paypal does not let you file a dispute after 45 days. In my case, the payment went through on July 2, an incomplete package was received on July 19 (which also feels like an eternity considering how much shipping is charged on these orders) at which point I immediately filled out a contact form. Over the course of the next month I made forum posts, sent a private message to disciple, filled out another contact form, and finally sent an e-mail to shipping@teamliquid.net to let them know that I had run out of time and had to file a dispute with Paypal before my 45 days ran out. Part of me regrets only asking for a refund for the missing part of my order. I am pretty upset about the whole thing and if this entire process ends with just me getting that amount of money back with no communication whatsoever, I definitely won't be satisfied. Secondly: They really need to use different poster tubes for their posters. When the logo posters came out, I bought one immediately, and received a wrinkled poster. They sent me another one relatively quickly, but it wasn't perfect either, but at that point, it was good enough and I really didn't want to deal with it anymore. I noted to them then that they should really use wider, sturdier tubes since the narrow ones they use pretty much guarantee posters get damaged in the mail, but when I saw them using the exact same tubes for the Liquid Rising posters six months later, I lost all sympathy for them. I now wish that I had kept requesting new posters until I got one that didn't come damaged due to their packaging decisions. I won't be making that mistake again. I still love TL, but I have grown to really hate the store. Update: Paypal said TL agreed to a refund within a few hours and I got an e-mail the next day (today). I'm still super pissed, but at least I got my money back. Definitely will not be buying from TL again until they fix their major distribution problems (Cost: $14 to ship $23 of product plus a "free" poster is ridiculous. I calculated shipping for just the pin to figure out how much of a refund I should ask for. Three dollars. You can easily send someone that pin for like 50 cents. Just under a dollar if you want to use a bubble mailer. Time: Two weeks from the time payment was received to when the package was finally shipped. Careless packaging: Bad poster tubes, oversized boxes, poorly taped up boxes). I've ordered from TL three times and each experience has been worse than the last, with this last one being by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I should also note that I'm in the US, so international shipping has nothing to do with my order taking nearly 20 days just to get to me. It was in processing for two weeks. The actual shipment only took 2-3 days because USPS is speedy like that. | ||

From what I read in this thread, it seems he is extremely busy with college, and can't maintain the store and school at the same time, which is completely understandable. Still, they should be looking to get someone to help him out if that's the case. It's crazy that you can order a poster or shirt and not receive it in a week or 2 at most. There are some really good items in the store, but the wait to get them is quite long. I really think they need to find a better company to handle their international shipping, because it's just not worth it at the moment. I would gladly buy more items from the store if they could guarantee delivery within 2 weeks, as would many others I bet! I was really hoping to frame these in my room above my monitor, but now there is no way I would do it with all of the dents and marks on the posters. I also ordered a keycap which arrived fine, but only because it isn't made of paper. I think the biggest issue is that whomever decided to ship it just jammed the posters into a thin paper tube without realizing what would happen if the tube got bent. Bumping with my issue. It's been almost a month now with no reply... Seriously unprofessional. | ||

I am a little afraid of putting them in the drier because that is what usually fucks clothes over, so I just hang them out to dry. Takes a little longer, but its safe :D I wash them on 30C and so far they have all survived, only the logo on the official team jersey is getting a little messed up but I guess you do not have that one since it was not on sale this time. The others should be save though, at least that's my experience. | ||

secondly: my girlfriend bought me a TL hoodie very recently. She read that she would get an email when the item shipped (she didn't..), and she was told what we would be getting a "special gift".. hoodie shows up in a box, no gift. The hoodie is too small, so she returns it and asks for a medium.. she also asked about the "special gift" and she was told oh oops looks like we ran out! That's kind of lame, seeing how she spent 60 dollars on the hoodie, 10 bucks on shipping, and 8 dollars on shipping it back.. The customer service isn't exactly.. there.. I've been wanting the hoodie for years and I'm just disappointed about the entire process. | ||

We are working on restocking those asap. I contacted Customer Service by mail, but I'm posting here just to be sure. I just ordered a jersey on the TL EU store. I paid with PayPal, but I didn't noticed the address of my PayPal-account was set on my old address, thus it doesn't match the address it needs to be shipped to. This was delievered 18.3.15 and since then i didnt recieve my exchange. I contacted disciple, Plexa and the normal Store Contact formula and noone could give me a satisfying answer, when or if i get my 2XL Jacket. (A answer which explain me the ongoing and a delievery date would 100% satisfy me) I got my first Order-ID and the Tracking Number from the return to England, if someone want these facts dont hesitate to PM me. When i got word about the t-shirt from the secret shop being sold here. I visited your e-store every day, refreshing and camping for a very long time for it. Finally, i managed to get 1 order through. (yes, your shirts are in high demand) I've been checking my emails, along with tracking my order every single day along with looking at forums on how long it would take, only to be let down. I ordered a 'L' Team Liquid Jacket on the 20th of July, I received it on the 24th but found out it was too big for me. I sent it back on the 28th (arrived at distribution centre on the 29th) and put instructions requesting for a Small on the invoice. Since then i've contacted TL support and heard nothing back, and the exchange still hasn't been delivered back to me. I have my Order ID and Tracking Number for the return. Thanks! | ||

I have a question on the pricing of items. I'm interested in buying the TL mousepad, which is 24.99 EUR in the store (plus 9 EUR shipping). If I now change the price to USD, it's 19.99, which is about 18 EUR, with the same shipping cost. I would just like to know, where the extreme price difference comes from because imho a price increase of 41% is a little bit harsh. Thanks! | ||

It makes it much more difficult to read reviews so I tried to write mine in a way that I believe gets the point across easily with bullet points(like most helpful reviews IMO). It sort of backfired horribly after I posted and looked at it lol. It was a TL Jacket review to save you the trouble of looking it up. | ||

I ordered a mousepad yesterday and was kinda disappointed by the 9 euros shipping cost and the long wait (it won't arrive for christmas unless I pay 45 euros for shipping). There is also the risk that it gets checked by customs which once again would increase the cost and wait (already happened with some shirts in the past). I really wanted a new mousepad and support TL, but usually the downsides would be to big for me to order from Jinx/the US, this was an exception. So bascially I'd like to know if there are plans to ship from the EU in the future. Thanks! | ||
