What exactly do they ask for? You should be able to get your shirts with the invoice sent to you via email after you ordered.

They Ask for a bill with exact amnounts how much anything costs, because the bill wasnt outside the package they say its not that what they need

paypal sends the mails automatically, you should've got one as well. check your paypal mail, see if its not in the spam folder.

I have finally received my 3-pack of Liquid shirts myself (ordered mid-December) and I had the same spiel with first receiving a note from DHL that they couldn't deliver the package because customs stopped and deposited it at the local customs office. You get some sort of form letter that claims there was no proper declaration on the package, but I think they just want to have the exact billing information so they can collect the 19% import VAT.
I must say, I wasn't really aware that commercial packages from outside the EU will be subject to import tax if they exceed a total value of only 22 EUR (packages of a personal nature are tax-free up to a total value of 45 EUR). I had ordered the blue Liquid team shirt previously and had no trouble receiving it. But apparently that one shirt did not exceed a total value of 22 EUR and hence was not subject to import tax. I do not recall what the shipping cost was for that one shirt, because shipping costs apparently were included in the total sum to be taxed with the 3-pack.
Unfortunately, the Paypal statement did not explicitly descriminate between value of wares and shipping costs, which may have been the reason why the entire sum was taxed. A cover letter to the customs office explaining this and providing a link to the 3-pack as advertised here on TL (strangely the picture there was 49 cents off and international shipping costs was actually one dollar lower than stated there) did not help. In the end, I was taxed an additional ~10 EUR (approx. $13 USD) so that the price for me came out to be $49.50 USD for the 3-pack + $18 USD shipping + $13 USD import tax for a total of ~$80 USD. I could have gone to the customs office to retrieve the package myself, but it was rediculously far and not well reachable by public transit when you don't have a car. So I chose the option to have DHL claim customs for me and re-deliver the package to bill me the covered costs later. Of course, that took another two weeks to complete.
I am not sure what the regulations for import tax are in other countries, but I assume they are similar to those in Germany, especially across the EU. So maybe the TL Store could put up a warning notice letting people know that if they order from abroad (outside North America) they might end up paying a lot more in the end than they thought they would be. I would also like to suggest that billing statements in e-mails and finally through Paypal properly list the actual value of wares and separately the shipping costs. The e-mails I received from the TL Store (which could have been used at the customs office) had no figures in them whatsoever and the Paypal billing statement did not properly declare what was actually purchased (it only read "TL Store Cart Purchase" with a total sum including shipping cost). You may also want to look into improving the customs declaration affixed to the packages you ship internationally, if that is at all possible. The form letter I received stated that there was no invoice attached on the outside of the package.

how long did it actually take untill you got your shirts? i've ordered on feb. 18th, and so far (march 10th) i have not gotten any letters from customs or dhl. i hope this will not take two months. also thanks for the headsup and i def. agree that int. customers should be prewarned about things like that, be it through email or at least little sidenotes during shopping.

It took about a month, give or take:
I ordered in the TL store and paid through Paypal on December 22, got an e-mail confirmation from TL that the order had been received and a payment statement e-mail from Paypal.
TL notified me then on December 27 via e-mail that the order had been accepted.
On December 30, I get e-mail confirmation that the order was shipped.
Tracking showed the shipment was processed by USPS and left the United States on December 31 from Chicago IL.
On January 17, I had a notice from Deutsche Post DHL in the mail telling me about problems with customs and that the package had been deposited for retrieval at the local customs office. I was given 14 days to retrieve the package by declaring customs and presenting the necessary invoice and/or proof of payment. I was also informed that there was a deposit charge of 50 cents per day, which however would only be charged if the total amassed charge exceeded 5 EUR (i.e. after the tenth day of deposit).
The local customs office is rediculously far away from where I live, so I decided to send a cover letter and a printout of the Paypal payment and have Deutsche Post DHL declare customs in my name with the enclosed documents and re-deliver the package to my home address charging me whatever I was due for customs at the doorstep. I sent this letter on January 18.
On January 24 I received confirmation by mail from the local customs office confirming that as per my request Deutsche Post DHL will declare customs in my name and that this may take up to 14 days.
On January 28 I had a DHL slip in my mail that they had attempted to deliver a package to me but I wasn't home. Usually, in such a case, Deutsche Post DHL would deliver the package to a neighbor or the little groceries shop right by my door, so I could retrieve it when I get home. Since, however, there were charges to be paid, the package was instead deposited at the main post office nearby to be retrieved and paid for during their office hours.
So on January 29 I went there, paid the 19% import VAT mandated by customs, and finally had the shipment in my hands.
I could have retrieved it from the customs office myself as early as January 19, but I did not feel like going to all that hassle. Too far away, no car, and inconvenient office hours that collided with my own working hours.
