OK, I saw the bracket and just couldn't hold back my excitement. Assuming no crazy upsets, we're looking at IdrA v Mondragon second round! The God of the Swarm vs The Gracken! On top of that, the winner of that match goes on to face (probably) Nestea or Ret!
I know it's a bit of speculation, but I feel these are the probable outcomes, and it sucks that a lot of the best zergs are so close to each other in the bracket so only a few zergs are gonna make it deep (the only other zergs I think have a shot are Sen and Haypro, but Haypro is gonna have a loaded to shit Ro8 if he makes it there), but...
MAN, I GOT THAT OVERMIND NERD CHILL GOING!
So, I just thought I'd ask everyone what they thought of some possibly pretty epic ZvZ going on this TSL, because I'm SOOO excited.

Not saying they don't, but saying they're the only ones while their achievements so far arent as good as the others on the list is kind of.. well.
NesTea or Ret is probably facing off against either Mondragon or IdrA, which is going to be an exciting ass match, but all 4 of them are in the same bracket. Fruitdealer's recent play has been lackluster, so I'm not excited about his matches, and he'll have a loaded to shit ro8 if he makes it. I'd be amazed if morrow makes it out of the ro32 with jinro as his first round, and if he does, he's got a pretty good shot at hitting an amazing zerg and his ZvZ is definitely his weak matchup.
People shouldn't worry about Mondragon (or Nony's) practice time. They didn't practice that much for TSL2 either, I'd say that we'd have a high chance of a repeat final if Koreans weren't invited.

Yeah, and he said he'll actually practice for this TSL (from NonY in a recent SotG). I think that makes it the first time Mondragon's ever said he'll practice for any starcraft match. lol.
All the more reason that zearax is in trouble. I hate the prospect of IdrA v Mondragon as a zerg fan who wants to see more top zergs deeper in the tourney, but that's going to be an AMAZING match.
yea we havent seen Mondy play at all, or at least i know i havent seen a damn thing (maybe one game long ago), and zeerax has proven to be pretty good himself. its pretty impossible to call i think

There were some replays of Mondragon vs Kas en Mondragon vs Mana (iirc) a few weeks ago. Even though Mondragon lost both bo3s (or bo5s?, cant remember) his play was really good. Also he's been one of the top rated Zergs in Europe since the release of SC2 and definitely deserves his spot among the best European Zergs.
Who is this Mondragon? None of the bracket casters knew who he is - and I'm sure not alot other sc2 players know who he is, and you are calling him "The God of the Swarm" Wtf? Someone needs to show us who that is.

I really hope you're trolling for all of our sakes

In terms of raw talent almost no one is better than Mondragon, his macro slips a few times that game but his game sense is unmatchable.

You can't REALLY blame him for not knowing, he's almost exclusively known as a BW player, we've seen almost nothing of him in SC2.
So this dude obviously has never had any interest in BW, so it's not surprising he doesn't know.
FYI Supreme, he came 2nd in TSL2, and was an extremely talented Zerg player in Brood War.
