In all the other matchups, you can still win even though you're being countered. ZvZ is 3 units, like rock paper scissor, as so many people have already pointed out. rock = roach scissor = baneling paper = zergling In the first few mins of the game you have to make a few guesses, as i said. Obviously there is luck in all the matchups, but this one has wayyy more luck involved than the others This is completely untrue. Roach > Ling and Bling because Roaches actually keep you safe. They might not give you map control, but you can do some excellent timing attacks and tech safely behind your impenetrable Roach wall. Nothing lucky about that.

Wait? there is a huge gap between USA/EU and koreans (and arguably SEA) Are you saying SEA is on the same level as the korean server, because if so sir you might just be crazy.

People keep forgetting its bo3 which means its more skill than luck. Lol...winning a bo3 or going further in a tournament does not make you a better player, as hard as that may be for you to understand. Zenio may be better, but none of the reasons you listed have anything to do with it.

You would have to be a pretty big shut-in to not get that. Your trying to rattle people, and it looks like it kind of worked. Ever heard of fist pumping ? People often swing their arms in celebration, it has nothing to do with bitchslapping or anything. You need to get out more and stop browsing 4chan forums for your references

If it was a build order win, ZvZ is so unknown still that it is a rock/paper/scissors. Was idra supposed to throw 5 overlords into a queen and scout every 1 minute to spot a baneling nest? This is why all competent zergs open roaches, because you can pretty much fend of any attack early and then you can scout later. ZvZ is not rock paper scissors Idra was beaten because he went a retarded build. Maybe if he broke down the rocks earlier and created 2 entrances he would have the upper hand with just speedling ling but other wise he is crippled against roaches unless he can use his mobility to his advantage. In game 1 he was able to last alot longer and he probably woulda won the game if he was able to hold his ramp instead of letting tons of roaches in to wreak havoc in his main.

Yeah... I think Idra needs to join TL, even though I don't know if they would take him. He really needs to get into a house and practice with people who are actually good at the game, as opposed to scrubs on the Ladder.[/QUOTE] I highly doubt anyone IdrA runs into on the korean ladder is a scrub. Idra had said when he played with cj entus that it was really difficult on a korean pro team to practice in house because he can't communicate strats/ideas with his teamates. Also I believe he joined an NA clan (eg) to try to win the GSL for an american team, opening up more doors for the foreign scene.

Anyone know who will be HopeTorture's next opponent? HopeTorture plays the winner of the Inca v Genius game. Gonna be some awesome stuff.
