The Model M is pretty much a collector's item now I used to have one and it was awesome.

I don't think it makes a difference for sc2 much, but it's fun to type on. You really know if you are hitting the key.

Got a razer arctosa, but bought some cheap trust keyboard for 10 $ today and painted the keys black (so that i can't see the letters on the keys) works great so far.

Trust Classicline. It costs me 5 euros including shipping costs. Got a nice feeling when I'm playing and it has the best lay-out for me.

haha I spent one summer taking full advantage of Fry's Electronics one month return policy. I think I tried like 10 different keyboards and mice that summer.
Settled on the Logitech MX518 Optical Mouse and Razer Tarantula. Hate on Razer products as much as you want, but this one particular keyboard is far and away better than the rest of their rather garbage products.

Same here. Best keyboard I've ever owned by far.

Logitech G15 with my Logitech G500 mouse...love both =)

+1 for the SteelSeries 7g.
Really expensive, but I can't think of a better keyboard to get as a gift.

Logitech K120
No need for anything flashy.

It has an attached 'gaming pad' on the left, but I don't ever use it because it feels cheap and unresponsive. Actually I was wondering if one of the more knowledgeable folks around here could tell me which keyboard it is that was featured in Oldboy. The one all of KT was using. It looked like it had a really nice non-slick surface and had really responsive looking feel to the keys. I've been looking for a keyboard with a really responsive 'light' touch to it, but can't seem to find one locally and it's impossible to tell over the net. If someone could enlighten me as to that KT keyboard, or even suggest another I would be very appreciative. ^_^ That would most likely be the DT35 It has 2 versions, white and black.
Yep those are it! Thx!

but i love it. when you can't see the keys, you're forced to memorize all the positions. the only keys i didn't know by heart when i got it were the symbol positions (!@#%^&*) but now i know them easily, and consequently am very good at hitting the right control group at the right time aside from that, it's a great conversation piece and feels AMAZING! the click is like no other. if you guys tried one, you'd fall in love
