Isn't there a rep's thread somewhere? If everyone made a blog for every game they played that was good would you still like to browse TL?
|
At least give us details about the game?
|

Haha, I'm in no means threatening you, I don't even have any sort of power like that. I'm just saying that you could put a little more effort in to a blog if you so choose to make one.

People like pictures, put a screenshot in :D

the replay should speak for itself i think. added a spoiler for people who care for an overview of the game before watching it. I guess i didnt really describe the skill level though, this was B vs B on iccup, i am A- high and i would estimate my opponent was also at least A-, judging by how hard it was to win.
edit: i have no idea how to take/post screenshots, just watch the replay or dont. Im not forcing anyone to download it, and i dont need a page long post to describe something that should be experienced firsthand.

Game was pretty average also. He used ghosts, pretty much the only thing that separates this from any other TvP and you just had to keep moving bases.
At the 15min mark you had an 80 food advantage and probably could've wiped the floor with him, but alas you didn't. To be honest the T should've probably won, if he'd of just expo'd while he was continually killing your mains he'd of been fine.

what would you have done differently if you were playing this game again?
i get in a lot of similar situations where i have a pretty big advantage (200/200, multiple bases ahead, arbiter tech, 20 gates) but T just turtles, and when he does push out, his army just seems unbeatable and he goes around the map cleaning out my bases. i can't recall because he's got turrets everywhere, arbiter cloak/stasis isn't that useful against 3/3 gols+sci vessels, and my ground army just melts against his tanks.
i'm at the c+ level btw, thanks.

Nice dragon!! Best game ever. its a must see.
And i have the same problem with the above post. even with arbs he makes mass turrets and i cant get in. wtffff
help me get higher than c+ dragon T_TTT

replay section is for a few uploads like incontrol and stuff although i think inc quit
your opponent has a really good record and is obviously a good player and so are you but that game was not good at all. from your perspective, it was obviously a close game and you had a bit of luck on your side in the win, but the truth is, it shouldn't have even gotten to that point. you could have wiped him out when it was 170 to 90 unit count and lockdown was alright, but you didn't even use stasis. also, you didn't upgrade well even though you had a ton of cash and could afford to splurge.
you're my friend and stuff but deathbymonkeys is right

I would loooooove to watch it but I reformatted my comp and only game I have is SC2. Hmmmz. BTW YOU GONNA STAY UP AND WATCH OSL FINALS BRO?

@lowbright deathbymonkey is not right, that was not an "average game", otherwise i wouldnt have thought to post it. I doubt you or deathbymonkeys, or any1 for that matter has games like this regularly. If so please share so we can all enjoy them.
I agree i had a large advantage at one point, but due to the defensive strengths of terran i decided not to risk attacking into him. I did not have recall at the point where my supply advantage was the largest and so could not have crushed him easily as you people seem to think. I "didnt even use stasis" because my arbiters got emped and locked down, except for the first battle where i had to retreat due to his better positioning.
@ spencer if i had the opportunity to fix my mistakes, id have waited until he came out farther to attack him with 200/200 instead of losing alot of stuff ahead of time and wasting arbiters and stasis. I would have stationed some units in my 4th/5th to intercept drops, and been a bit more consistent with my forge upgrades.
@yoonho srry i cant stay up tonight, explained on msn.
@alexander glad some1 enjoyed it.
again, i am not forcing anyone to download, i did not say it was super awesome, i just posted it in the hopes that others would gain enjoyment from it, not so that it could be strategically analyzed like i posted in strategy forum or some shit. If i had known id get so much negative feedback id have posted some dominating win instead of a longer and more entertaining game, or better yet, not posted at all.
