That was very amusing to watch, especially the chat. That's pretty much what I was talking about as a muta counter but it's nice to see how much it rapes even with no mutas. If he made mutas the zerg ground would have been raped even harder. Nicely played. Sneaky openings too. Stargate could have easily been swapped for a robo for observers against zergs who actually research burrow to be safer, but your opening was cuter. Not sure why Artosis didn't research burrow when he saw you didn't have a robo though.

And yeah, that would have worked well. A zerg did that against me once with the move-while-burrowed thing but I'm guessing he didn't want to go for it since I killed his roach warren and that would have delayed the upgrade even further.

Charlie, that game was absolute shit. There is nothing interesting about it, and your tactic is at the most basic level possible and not impressive at all. Anyone with half a brain would have done the same thing knowing that inc was going to attack with his slow ass immortal army sometime soon. Inc sucked and didn't play safe and you did what you had to do to abuse it... whoop-de-doo post on TL.
I don't think anybody wants to see that. All inc needed was one observer in your base to know exactly what you were doing. If he decided to play it safe that's what he would have done before attacking. Or even scouting with his probe, he shouldn't have attacked when he didn't see any units in your base. That should have caused some alarm bells to ring.
And as for you out-thinkinking or outmaneuvering him, I wouldn't give myself too much credit about it. He played careless and you got the best of him because of it. This is apt to happen once in a while to everyone because we can't help but succumb to repetition. Since there was a certain metagame to the PvZ that lasted a while, I think every P got caught off guard at some point by the zergs who decided to change their play. If you repeat the exact same thing long enough you can't help but auto-pilot it the next time around. Until it no longer works that is...

should I have expo'd? should I have made pheonix's before I saw the spire? what else could i have done?
After you sent out your rush force, you should have made 2 sentries instead of 2 stalkers. It costs double the gas but that wasn't a problem. Then you could have blocked your ramp with force field spam against any sort of ling/roach rush. You lost now because the roaches killed your probes and your econ.
Also, keep that observer around the zerg base to see what he is doing, don't retreat it to your base. That way you can make appropriate counters. Sentries have the added benefit they do well vs mutas already. If you see he stays on roaches and you're afraid of them burrowing into your base, make another obs or some cannons.
And there is no need to panic because zerg expanded so fast, when you saturate you actually have equal economy to a zerg who has 2 bases but equal amount of workers. It's only when he saturates both bases that he gets ahead so you have some time. In this particular case, after you hold off his roach rush with force fields you make 2 more immortals, then you are ready to break out with your zealots/sentries/immortals. You can then choose to take your natural, but I would say considering you killed his FE, there's probably a timing push that can win the game. You spot he is going muta/ling, so pump some more zealots, sentries and stalkers, then when your first colossus is out, walk over to the zerg base and win.

Very long ( and intense I think )game for that map, 35 minutes with extensive use of Nydus as defensive/eco mechanics from my side. One of the most entertaining games I've played today :D
You got lucky your opponent had never heard of seeker missiles. Over 4k gas in the bank and making ravens from one starport (and using them for auto-turret vs mass hydra) was facepalm worthy..

Then we have a retarded conversation about how proud you were that you "tricked me" cause you showed roach tech but switched to OH NO, MASS LING/MUTA (ended up making like 3 muta)
Dude seriously?
you claimed that I mass ling/all in'd you but really I was just setting you up for a fall with your predictable timing attack of immortal/zeal/etc (I even let your 2nd probe scout out just before it). I only made a shit load more lings when I saw that you left your base. Which is actually kind of funny, because you said 'every zerg does this' when this is my own strategy that I created/adapted myself based on scouting, I don't mass watch reps like you probably do to do your predictable copy cat strat. I dunno why I'm helping you but + Show Spoiler +
Learn to make obs and adapt noob.
and btw, 3 muta was all I needed because you were dead before I could make anymore.
PS- The rep vs Xeris you can see a similar happening. The only difference was that I expanded and it died.
LOL you beat a decent player 1 time and automatically you have the right to call him a newbie and assume you are much better than he is? You come from Broodwar, so you should clearly know that 1 game means literally nothing at all. Seeing you come in here and act the way you are just makes me laugh at you. Seriously, who brags like that over 1 game? sigh.

i for one think there should be. I'm dying for some good sc2 reps and its fairly complex to find something decent amongst heaps of random replays. The way i see it, GGnet is the leader in that area so far, and as a tlnet fanboy that just doesnt seem proper!:D
i agree! if teamliquid is waiting sc2 official to relase his Replays Section then it's fine... but if they aren't planned it yet imo is bad cos this thread fail for readability

I can guarantee you it has at least been planned because if you check in the website feedback section there was a thread on this and a staff member said they're "working on it."
Jesus Fayth, why are you such a ridiculous troll and jerk? You were playing against someone streaming on TL the other day and everyone watching had to watch your nonstop QQing and whining and ridiculing -.- If that was you, then chill out dude. People have bad games.
Haha I was searching through my games to find this, I thought it was someone posting a replay of me... especially since I quickly saw "harrygg" and thought "harrydg."
Actually it was a good game, I enjoyed it. This other Harry seems quite good, anyone know about him? Rank/server/etc.? Might get confusing with both of our replays being posted.

dude, people break things, people vent in the chat, and people dump money when they lose
Harrydg.hdg Zerg replay pack, about a dozen games or so. Currently rank 3 division 7 NA platinum league.
Some people wanted to see more ZvT and ZvP, theres plenty in there. I didn't filter any games, so theres a couple of me getting stomped by players like Fayth. I also lost some embarrassing games to cannon push, or whatever else. Don't hold it against me! Hopefully you can just learn from mistakes, I know I did. Maybe one of my problems is I try to use infestors too much...
why dont tlnet make a section for sc2 replays just like the section for sc1 replays instead of having it all in a thread like this? maybe this has been asked before but there are 47 pages so forgive me if im spamming :p
