For a player like Carlo they are. 49 losses before B+? Unless ICC has gotten 3 or so ranks harder since last season there's no way.

Or playing during korean hours which is probably 2x harder Random I'd believe. But I held my own at B last season korean times and still couldn't come close to Cloud in practice games. ICC could have gotten harder but Cloud has been training for spirit. He shouldn't lose more than a game before B- and it's only 8 wins to gain a rank. I honestly don't believe Cloud should have any more than 15ish losses to hit B+.

I have first hand knowledge of how hard it is and of how good Cloud is. Cloud is not going to lose games to B-s. 8 games per rank means he should make B in 48 wins. I'd be very surprised if he lost more than one or two in that time so I think maybe 52-3 is a reasonable assumption for reaching B rank as Cloud.

White-Ra - inconsistant in results and sometimes plays terribly. Localhost - you have a few recent games of his from wcg russia and you put him at the top automatically? Infernal - kind of inactive? ClouD - strong overall Draco - inactive, really sloppy play at times Rondo - inactive? Pomi - wtf? pomi played terrible in the russian wcg, he just played better than the others. Yayba - sucks pvt Mistrzzz - who cares? Gohan - inactive G5 - strong play overall if you look at WCG Fenix - who cares? he's a cheesy player that abused a spam hack vs artosis in TSL which makes any win he gets up for speculation whether he hacked or not in the game. Let's make another list: Idra: so called gosu who is pro but still loss vs players like Nony, Dinot or even the " inconsistant" ( your words ) White Ra. Nyoken: never been that great ( maybe somewhat inactive, i don't really know ) Androide: somewhat inactive and suck lately ( i mean he used to be wayyyyyyyy better ). A2: same EX: same Brat_Ok: Good TvP, "ok" TvZ Strelok: ok but still get completly destroyed by a "sloppy" ( your words ) Draco Yosh: ok and lol @ your comments on Draco and White Ra. If you call them sloppy, i guess that all the foreign T are complete garbage. They also have way more achievments than the Terrans that you named ( except maybe Androide because of his #2 at WCG ). And about Pomi and Localhost they aren't maybe that great but they still played better than half of your Terran list during the last WCG Russia. There are more Toss players among foreigners at high level, i'm sorry. Edit: Also it is funny because you said "who cares" about Misterzzz then you said that Fenix is just an hacker but you forgot to say that G5 used a disc hack on purpose vs Misterzzz and Dimaga during TSL. ( "overall strong" was your comment about G5 ). Quite funny

I practiced in friendlies a lot with Cloud last season. I didn't even come close to him. I got B+ last season with just 40 losses. Seriously, B seems good but Cloud is a pretty decent margin above that. Enough that he will very rarely drop games to Bs. Unless you've actively played at B rank and play regularly against Cloud (which I was fortunate enough to do <3 Carlo) you can't really judge.

Getting to B without losses is no evaluation of skill AT ALL. The koreans that has been playing on B past few weeks are several levels above top foreigners (mostly progamers and top amateurs, the channel A/B was totally deserted during foreigner times). Only recently has the foreigner incest been able to reach up to this rank. If I counted right there was only 3-4 foreigners above me when I got to B a little more than a week ago (I was fortunate winning a tour), and the koreans at B, B- and even C+ level decimated me at that point (and any top foreigner for that matter except lastshadow LOL). I can't believe your argument is 'yeah I got to B+ so Carlo should get A- ez'. It doesn't work like that at all.

I've not played this season but I was pretty active last season and was holding my own at B rank korean time. At the same time Carlo was helping me a lot with my game for wcg training and the margin between me and him was huge. The logical conclusion from that is that Cloud is going to lose very few games to B ranks. 49 losses by the time he reaches B is just ridiculous. I haven't played since halfway through last season because I quit after WCG but I'd be shocked if it was that much harder this season. Add into that how hard Cloud has been training on spirit and he should be stronger than ever. I could be wrong (and I'll ask him on msn when he gets back from blizzcon) but I would be very surprised.
