wiki: Islamic Extremism is a term used to describe the actions and beliefs of violent Islamic activists, though many mainstream Muslims would say they are not Islamic at all. Another term for this may be "jihadist". Its definition is debated, but it is distinct from Islamic fundamentalism and Islamism in that neither of those necessarily denote or condone violence. If you support that and live in the US, then yes you can probably get thrown into jail

Supporting cancer is fucking stupid. Similarly, supporting hacking is stupid and damaging to the community. Because of people like you and other "fans" (I don't understand how you can be a fan of something that is achieved through cheating, unless you are a douchebag) of Dino, hackers think that what they are doing is more or less okay since there are people who will support them anyways, right? Well, fuck that. I agree with TL's policy on hackers, and supporters of hackers. Purging the idiots and cheaters out of a gaming community is essential. i support antidrophack and thats a hack, is that wrong?

Post count has very little to do with being a veteran. Have more faith in the mods, we're not idiots.

Members who have super high post counts should not have diplomatic immunity. Sure they will always get more lee-way than a person who has less than 1000 posts but should also factor in time as well. Of course freedom of speech has it's limits and the moderators are here to keep that in line and we don't want a super polluted forum. If a person is damaging the community and actually fully supporting it sure fine by me. If they are just voicing a opinion that goes against the majority, that should never ever be a ban unless it is just plain stupid. Dino won't be someone accepted into the community very quickly, but he shows he can still compete well with some of the higher end USA gamers without the use of hacks. I don't support the way Dino competes or people who worship him, but I am still able to see that people change. There are two good example of this in Testie and Trek, sure I wasn't around when they hacked but I know about most of the situation. Maybe Dino's willing to change, maybe not. Just power-trips need to stop. Don't support hackers and you'll be fine. Faust was supporting Dino. Nothing more to say than this. It isn't a power trip, it's a purge of the supporters of cheaters.

It's not some freedom of speech thing where we're banning people simply because we disagree with their opinions on politics or something. This site and its forums and its community is dedicated to honest, skilled, and competitive video gaming. It's a slap to all of our collective faces to have people talking positively about a hacker. You don't go to a police station and tout the achievements of a cop-killer. Also, it has nothing to do with veteranness or post count so I don't know why you even brought that up.

If you support that and live in the US, then yes you can probably get thrown into jail and USA is not doing terrorism in Iraq amongst other places? Of course if you disagree with USA then your a terrorist or against national security or something like that? I guess I should be glad I don't live in a country that freely kills innocent people on a daily basis. I actually hate this word of Islaamic Extremism. Who is to judge what is extreme? Yes I think Usaamah ibn Ladan is extreme and 9/11 was wrong and bombings in the UK tube. The people in Iraq fighting the USA soldiers is not terrorism in that rather the USA are doing terrorism and killing innocent people. War on Terror loooooooooool They went in for 'weapons of mass destruction' and they are the only one doing destruction. Of course those people doing "Jihad" in Iraq/Kashmir/Cheyncha are all 'extremists' in most people's eyes but you don't see their view that their land is being taken/people are being killed/ kids being killed and woman getting raped? You think USA helped Iraq lol? They just go around killing innocent people and then make a big news post every time 10 soldiers die but do not care when 100 Iraqis die and whoever they want to get they just say they have links with al-Qaeda. and btw another thing.. al-Wahabiyaah [i.e Wahabis] or the correct term Salafi's are not extremist Jihaadi and people that go around doing 9/11 and stuipid stuff like that [killing innocent people]. I am not trolling btw. Also, I should've made this a blog but I'm kinda lazy.

My post count isn't huge by any means, when I see people jump from 0-1000 in under a month because they post in every thread. Post count should not mean as much as it fucking does. I for one am not a fan of dino, I know him he's not that bad of a guy, but I cannot deny the fact he hacked. But to ban people for the reason of we are talking about a hacker is just absurd. I for one am starting to get a little disgusted with some of the admin's power trips. I have been a member of this site since Tuesday, 11th of April 2006. Not once gotten a warning, yet i still have just over 1300 posts. Does that exclude me from being a veteran? There should honestly be more than post count to judge a person before being banned. If say for example Incontrol said the same things faust said he would not have been banned. The thing is everyone is trying to state an opinion and in one case I watched a guy support his opinion and then eventually give up on it and still get banned. Why? He choose to throw his opinion away. Now I see people getting banned for voicing their own opinions. The admin's have a job to do yes, but banning people because they do not like that persons opinion? Maybe the staff needs a little more unity, maybe a little more staff opinion, maybe a revamp of the ban policy I do not know. I am sure that they have a policy they keep out of the publics eye. totally agree. someone also questioning the same thing i am

if you spent half the energy you put into this thread on something else you could've fed ten starving kids in africa. it's an internet forum. sorry if it offends your horribly skewed value judgements. also, This frustrates me because in TL.net it's like a communism. made me vomit in sheer disbelief
