Argus missions that award Blood of Sargeras now cost 600 more Order Hall Resources.
Money nerf right there :D
You used to get 12 blood for 1800 so 600 OR profit. So now it gives no 'free' OR. No point in doing it then unless your a Druid who get a cost reduction. Lock, Mage, Pala, Warrior, DK and DH can probably also still self sustain through the free complete every 18 hours. Esp if you have a crafting profession for their WQ blood reward. Everyone else will be bleeding OR at a much higher rate.
It kinda was a needed change with how much money you could make 'for free' but why did they wait this long with it? Its been a thing for months.
It's a slap in the wrist really. I've been in OR/Blood burn mode for months now and probably won't run out before 8.0 anyway. It's just the latest incongruent change in a long line of them.
There have been so many contradictory changes with Order Hall mission mechanics that it's hard to imagine there's been any one person or team handling them. Seems like every patch someone else gets stuck with them, doesn't care about them, and does something that doesn't have anything to do with whatever came before.
SEE: Broken Shore nerfs to how many missions could spawn to keep Order Halls from being a chore you had to constantly monitor like Garrisons, followed by Argus reducing mission expiration/respawn time from 36 hours to 6, making Order Halls a chore you had to constantly monitor like Garrisons.
Yeah, i'm really disappointed with how the mission tables turned out overall. I've gone from disappointed to happy-ish to disappointed again lol, they've just come back into giving way too much benefit to ignore while being unfun from a gameplay point of view for a desktop MMO IMO.
I don't see why they have to make the rewards from mission tables, LFR and even occasionally pet battles relevant at all to me personally from a game progression point of view. I'm not close to the target audience which means that i'm not going to enjoy them and there won't be changes to the system made so that i could enjoy them because that would screw things up for the people that actually play the game primarily to do these things. It seems wrong to spend tens or hundreds of hours thinking about those systems with it being not just unfun but actively painful to take part in
First new casting animations for my Holy Paladin are coming... AFTER EONS! Looks great so far, hope they keep it up and all heals get individual treatment.

Logging in and running to the class hall 3x per day on each character is annoying

Started a hunter instead. It is the complete opposite, so easy and pleasant to level.
i made a monk, i feel like I hardly played and got to 65. I havent really been speed leveling or anything either infact ive taken my time running around enjoying the landscape and nostalging. To be fair it does help when you can pull literally everything on the map and FOF everything down and just crane any stragglers.
Big change, currently on B4A alpha the amount of secondary stats that you get per ilvl starts 1.5x higher than legion but grows linearly instead of exponentially. A big boost to secondary stat worth on items at starting ilevels that gradually drops off until the scaling is weaker than Legion about 120 ilvls down the line which is significantly fewer ilvls than we've gained in Legion.
Primary is still exponential
It's actually pretty hard to get into detail about the effects that change would have beyond the basics (more crit/haste/mastery at low gear, yay) because everything scales from all of the other stuff, need way more caffeine for that
I have feel that it will be pretty weird since some classes do really well with high secondaries early (Fire mage/MW monk/Assa rogue/Sub rogue) which will make them really strong early in the expansion, but lose strength late in the expansion.
Who knows how this will eventually end up closer to launch, but seems like a better change than now (where secondaries will become insanely strong mid/late expac)
are we playing a different legion? because ive been having roughly the same amount of secondaries for 3 tiers now. They already scale like shit. An overbudget legendary amanthus has less secondaries than one of the other panth trinkets at 1k has main stats.
