Chrome counts all incognito windows as the same session. Naturally, you can get two more from Firefox, and another two from another browser up to how many you want. All web developers make use of private windows because it saves time being confused why the site looks wrong when it's just a cached version. I am torn whether private mode was originally just for developers, or if it was actually designed for pornography. Could have been either really.
