Yeah, I don't doubt, that he will end up over 300k in the very near future. In general, things are looking good for him in hunting earnings, since, if I understood it correctly, he doesn't have to go to the military anymore.

So offense to Stardust, but there are some really scary players in this top 16. For example, Hyun being n°1 will probably have to face Jaedong or Innovation.

Still beating someone like Zest or cj herO might be really hard but he might not even face them. And in other matchups MMA shines and is atleast as good as anyone who will attend blizzcon not namingly soO or Innovation. I would say MMA is only favored against Jaedong, jjakji or San.

Well, Flash did destroy Zest 4-1 and that is his weakest matchup so anything can really happen. I dont see why MMA wouldn't be able to beat him

I wonder how aligulac factors team league money... Edit: looks like it doesn't.

Maybe not Hyun, because it is ZvZ, but other than that ....

Unfortunately I don't know how to present the full table here (there are 63 players that have played in WCS EU PL so far). If anyone could help me with this, or perhaps is interested in presenting this in a table in the wiki section, I'd be happy to share the full data...

But when it comes down to playing standard, imo as a pretty hardcore fan of MMA, he is only exceptional at TvZ and late game TvT. Compared to the likes of Flash, Inno and Taeja, he doesn't fare as well against P. His play lacks some additional dimensions, perhaps the sort which leads into scouting and reacting properly to tech switches (and not A-moving into 4 colossus with only 2 vikings, or drop into a main guarded by 8 chargelots and 2 templars) and also late late game army control. I definitely think he can beat Stardust and be a good match for any of the Terrans / Zergs other than soO, but can you imagine if he was matched up against Zest, herO or Classic? That would be extremely difficult. It's not like in TvZ where you can trust him to come up with some high percentage play like proxy rax or a well executed hellbat push and yet have a good backup with powerful macro play. It's not like in TvT where he can use well planned early game strategies to get a great advantage, or where he can anchor his game on his trademark marine-tank style. He'll have to figure something out, and it is not gonna be as simple as pulling SCVs, or dropping at the main while pushing the third, "money widow mine shots" or EMPs on clumped up templars into viking A-move as he can with lower tier Protoss. He will probably have to rely on some tricks to Mvp his way out of those matches, if you know what I mean. I just can't imagine a world where Zest with his ridiculous army positioning and control doesn't outgun MMA in the late game. Of course, I'd love for him to win Blizzcon and make people happy, but realistically it's going to take a fair bit of bracket luck and some phenomenal preparation. It's not impossible, and it would be truly amazing, but realistically, ugh.
