Have you noticed this image yet?
You can find it here. Yes, there's yet another wiki, and we all want it to grow and get awesome, to live up to the reputation of our beloved wikis!
And there's always so much to do. (That is where you should chime in if this wasn't clear already...)
Has there ever been a time with better and bigger and more tournaments than these days? Four Premier tournaments starting in the next 3 weeks, lots of Minor tournaments along the way, some Majors also in the picture, there is so much stuff to update, everyone should try it out. Just try and update a single result, it's not that hard, you will see it! Of course noone will complain if you become a regular wiki contributor ^^
You think the BroodWar wiki is complete yet? What a mistake, not only are there still new tournaments all the time, there are also lots of old tournaments still missing. Some good players still miss even a basic page, if you want to preserve the history of SC:BW, you should start now. As GeckoXP wrote in his blog, there are still pages missing, else he wouldn't have found so much stuff to do.
This wiki is basically empty, there are only 144 articles in the Smash wiki at the moment. Our newest addition to the wiki-family, it came quite late for the SSBM scene. There's a lot that is missing right now, we don't even have pages for all stages already. As always with a new start, it's hard to get contributors, so if you think SSBM is the most awesome game that ever existed, why are you still reading this blog instead of filling our wiki? We started just some days ago, so get it on and help us out.
The Dota2 wiki is missing so many player pages, even some of the TI4 teams' players don't have pages. If you know these players, just go and create the pages, everyone will appreciate it. I know there are still many of the Dota guys over here, so not only the guys over at LiquidDota will appreciate your contribution, but also we here at TeamLiquid.net.
We definitely need more contributors here, the Hearthstone scene is still young, but there are only a handful of contributors contributing here regularly. If you want to stand out in one of our wikis, here's your chance, if you don't add the information about a tournament, maybe nobody else will!
But what do you get for doing this? Well, unfortunately there's not much besides Liquipedia-Coins (see bottom right of my post), E-Fame, and gold for the gold-shop over at LiquidDota, but you can be sure, that people will love you for contributing (just think of all the casters praising Liquipedia), and i just can advise everyone to give some free beer to every contributor, because all of them are cool guys (i like beer too ,just saying ^^).
Could you see yourself contributing here? If the answer is yes, we would like to see you on the wiki. If you need help, or a small introduction to how a wiki works, just go to #liquipedia on QuakeNet, there are plenty of people that will happily help you to become a wiki-expert.
