Interesting how you guys made it a whole new site on its' own. When TL started its dota 2 coverage, dota 2 just became a part of this site here. I'm curious as to why hearthstone didn't get the same treatment? Is it just that you're expecting a bigger turnout for heathstone? Or just trying to become the premier hearthstone site on the web which couldnt really be done for dota 2? simply a bit curious

Will definitely take a look at it once it's out of beta or if I just end up getting a key somehow. Interesting how you guys made it a whole new site on its' own. On January 15 2014 06:51 Heyoka wrote: Another reason for the decision to split the site off (in addition to the overcrowding issue Zealously mentioned, which is a real concern) is that while there is some overlap in Hearthstone and BW/SC2/Dota there isn't that much. Of the game we currently have on our website, Hearthstone would very much be the odd child out, as it doesn't have the kind of deep established roots in competition the same way BW/SC2/Dota do - Nazgul sort of alludes to this sentiment in his statement. When you combine the two factors of difficulty to fit on the website, along with fact that it doesn't have as snug a fit with our current games it makes it much more attractive to custom tailor a site specifically for Hearthstone needs. On January 15 2014 06:04 Zealously wrote: This has been discussed back and forth on the staff forums a lot for a while now and I think Nazgul might be better suited to explain it in depth if he wants to, but there is a feeling (one that I share) that TL would get crowded if this one site keeps on expanding into new games and more extensive coverage of more games. People already feel that the site feels less personal and more scattered now than years ago, imagine what would happen if two new sub-sections (each with, arguably, their own sub-communities) were to appear. The site is big as it is, making it even bigger makes it overwhelming for people coming here for the first time.
