Don't misunderstand, I can understand all rage after a game, but if the rage gets to you ingame I believe it clouds your vision resulting in no other result than defeat to begin with. You should always give your best ingame and not waste time writing or thinking etc.

Well if you don't even feel anything then there're no excuses to behave like that right

Are you more frustrated with balance or the game design?

I think the frustration comes mostly from having complained about a game-breaking, destructive ability since WoL beta and not even having blizz acknowledge the complaints or offer any indication that they may be willing to reconsider, even when it's unpopular and makes the game worse. But I could be wrong.

But I could be wrong. That's a totally subjective statement though. The thing is, Nerchio hasn't just been complaining about forcefields but a lot of different things as well. I find it weird to bring it up in games though against opponents who like him have to work with what they've got and I do think it's affecting him. I remember a WoL series against HerO where he went mass muta in game 1 and HerO just outplayed him at every turn. Nerchio typed "too good :O gg" or something, then won game 2. Then HerO beat him pretty easily with a 3base push in game 3 and Nerchio typed "gg 'pro'" and left. That sort of doesn't make sense unless the frustration really gets to him. That's not saying I disagree with some of the things he says. His complaint of mass roach strategies being too effective for how boring they are is something I can agree with. Forcefield complaints I can sometimes agree with, etc. But what I don't understand is BMing players because of it. It's not their fault.

I'd love your insights into why acer chooses one player over another, given that your team has four aces I'm never totally sure why one is sent out when another isn't besides the innovationvT issues. Well we don't want to use Inno/MMA all the time, we are qualified anyway and usually it depends because somebody has a tournament later(like zotac today for me and Bly so we need to play first). Bly also felt confident and said he wanted to play so he did. Usually one shouldn't really look into picks in online clan wars because it's very random unless there is a really important match, the more interesting stuff is happening at Acer teamstory cup finals where you got all players in one place etc.

That sort of doesn't make sense unless the frustration really gets to him. I'm not going to pretend to know how someone else thinks, I just(I think) feel the same kind of resentment towards what I see as a toxic part of the game. My point was only that if it indeed it affected him, I understood why, as I have felt the same way myself many times after some 2k ladder games. I've always wondered, if I had a magic wand I could wave over protoss that would remove FF and make the race perfectly balanced without it, and then left it up to a community vote on whether I should use the wand, how would that vote look. Edit: I agree about calling out players in game for using the tools they have available, Vipro did not design protoss, zerg players did not design Infestor/Broodlord or swarm hosts. All players can do is try to win with what they have. Though I think Nerchio was not really BMing Vipro as much as just expressing irritation over a poorly designed ability.
