I'd say Axiom is the most balanced team

They have a better balanced roster for sure, but they lack the heavy hitters of Acer. I'm pretty sure Acer is the best team outside Korea right now, even with the very small lineup.

Oh if you want to talk raw strength in an allkill format, then yes, Acer is very, very good; Aligulac does have them as the best team right now:

http://aligulac.com/teams/

Usually when people say "deepest lineup" they're referencing how strong the 4th/5th/6th best player on the team is, though.

Like...I don't think many people would dispute Bly as being 5th best in the Acer lineup, and for a 5th best player, Bly is actually unusually scary.

Like...who's the 5th best player on TL? Ret? I'd take Bly over Ret.
What about Mousesports? Mana or Hope I'm thinking? Bly is impressing me more than those two right now.
Western Wolves? They actually have only been fielding four of their own players, using the joker mechanic.
Axiom though? Fifth best player on Axiom would be...Heart maybe? Yeah, I'd believe Heart is better than Bly.

Great for Axiom that MMA and Innovation didn't have to play. Now they can prepare for GSTL.

I wouldn't be so sure. When it comes to foreign teams, I'd still stay mouz > acer, since I believe that

Uhm, you kind of have to include everyone on the team, like Innovation and MMA.

He interpreted "team outside of korea" as "foreign roster". With that interpretation his statement is correct. Without it (thus including MMA/Innovation), Acer would be stronger.

Well, Team Liquid is leading in number of premier tournaments won this year. Acer is very strong though.

I was saying Mouz>Acer excluding koreans and Acer>Mouz including koreans in terms of strengh. I´m not sure, what either one has to do with Liquid, since we were already very derailed from the original statement. The results of ATC however, would make a point of Acer>Liquid.

That's because Liquid always has a presence at premier tournaments (they send their players everywhere). They might not have the best players, but the strategy is correct: it doesn't matter how good you are if you don't have a chance to compete

Not only that, but Liquid players are among the most regularly invited to events.

I just read the rules. Basically, if Quantic wins vs Liquid they get the 4th spot. As far as I can tell no other team can get 6 wins. However, if Liquid wins, they need to win 5-2 or better to get a better map differential than mouz. Then there is also millenium, but they need to win a lot to get a better differential. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

Quantic vs Liquid should be quite the interesting match.
