Oh if you want to talk raw strength in an allkill format, then yes, Acer is very, very good; Aligulac does have them as the best team right now: http://aligulac.com/teams/ Usually when people say "deepest lineup" they're referencing how strong the 4th/5th/6th best player on the team is, though. Like...I don't think many people would dispute Bly as being 5th best in the Acer lineup, and for a 5th best player, Bly is actually unusually scary. Like...who's the 5th best player on TL? Ret? I'd take Bly over Ret. What about Mousesports? Mana or Hope I'm thinking? Bly is impressing me more than those two right now. Western Wolves? They actually have only been fielding four of their own players, using the joker mechanic. Axiom though? Fifth best player on Axiom would be...Heart maybe? Yeah, I'd believe Heart is better than Bly.

When it comes to foreign teams, I'd still stay mouz > acer, since I believe that Hasuobs / Heromarine / hOpe / Lucifron / Mana / Vortix > Bly / DarkHydra / Paranoid / Nerchio / Scarlett

With that interpretation his statement is correct. Without it (thus including MMA/Innovation), Acer would be stronger.

I was saying Mouz>Acer excluding koreans and Acer>Mouz including koreans in terms of strengh. I´m not sure, what either one has to do with Liquid, since we were already very derailed from the original statement. The results of ATC however, would make a point of Acer>Liquid.

That's because Liquid always has a presence at premier tournaments (they send their players everywhere). They might not have the best players, but the strategy is correct: it doesn't matter how good you are if you don't have a chance to compete
