Unless you watched him at his prime in BW, rampaging through his very first OSL all the way to the top, unless you actually understand and appreciate his sheer determination, sheer bloody-minded refusal to admit the possibility of failure, sheer drive and force of will, you will never understand why people will always love and support him so much. Jaedong is the everyday joe who made it happen, who crawled and ground his way up with unswerving dedication and borderline inhuman work ethic. He became who is because he refused to quit, refused to give himself a break, refused to accept that he may have to slow down and face the inevitable decline of every pro gamer. He is the Rocky of Esports. And that is fucking awesome. Cannot agree more. Actually I call it the spirit of an athelete. There is absolutely no 'failure' in JD's dictionary.
Exactly, his mentality is so great, it can only result in standing at the top again.
As Hotbid said, the question is not "if", the question is "when". I say this weekend.

Sometimes my passion for Jaedong gets the better of me and I just start rambling. If he beats MVP I may just blow a valve and let rip with something insane. Haha, just keep that passion man! <3<3
I tell you, my ultimate dream right now is JD vs Nani in the finals. I would literally die happy.
FAKE EDIT: OMG, someone get on it and make a Rocky vs Drago poster with those two?!

Don't mess with the Dong.
You often see his incredible potential in his games, when he wins he often looks like the best player in the world, when he loses he often looks like playing his first match in SC2. Also he has personality. Watch his ceremonies and his "the tyrant is back" video.
He's just a star and a legend.
There are even people rooting for Idra and he's 10 times weaker than JD.

"I don’t see this like a job, it’s my passion." - Naniwa
He could teach Tasteless a bit or two @Blizzcon.

oh snap.
On a somewhat related note, if Tasteless is going to cast the final match then I have lost all hope

I personally prefer Artosis + Apollo though

How about this, we get any combination Idra/Incontrol/ToD/Artosis to cast the finals, and Tasteless casts Battletoads on stream 2? Everyone wins, and we can introduce professional Battletoads to casuals.

Most of those pages were for the LR grudgematch, nobody really cared about Nani vs Revival
