Hats. They're cheaper KP than real KP. They could have turned some members into hatters and placed bombs on us.
They must be obvious then...they must have put them on people they expected to get shot, as the bombs don't activate with lynch it looks like.

Mad Hatter is a good point.
Although if we were close to outing any of them then they just hat themselves. I think lynch counts as a successful detonation, it just says "dies" there.

I really thought you have to sac the KP preemptively..
As in: -> Mafia shoots 3 guys n1, -> Mafia sacs 3KP on d2 -> Mafia shoots 3 guys on d2 -> Mafia shoots 0 guys during n2 because they sacced all their KP for the day.
The way it is now they can basicly hold back 3KP and shoot 6 guys

Oh so it's just an anti-vig measure.
I think DV shouldn't be too big of an issue balance-wise. All they are doing is moving up the night to a time of their choosing.

The way you describe they could kill 3 people the first minute of the game. Although both are kind of dumb.

This means that if someone dies, don't fucking WIFOM it guys. Like, if A makes a case on B and A dies immediately after, that DOES NOT automatically mean that B is scum.
