Basically, there are two rounds of elimination in the post-season. Players who finish well enough get to skip past the first round of elimination. The next 16 have to fight each other for a spot in the playoffs. Oh. It just seems so little reward for actually doing well in your division. Will these play-offs actually be reasonably spaced out this time or will it be 8 hour days again like last time? How many make it to the offline finals? 8 again?

Mid-Season Updates To keep the season fresh, the NASL Season 4 map pool will be reviewed after the 4th and 9th weeks of competition for potential revisions based on player feedback and internal analysis. This way, every NASL Season 4 game will always be as relevant, exciting, and balanced as possible. OMG thank you for doing this. This has been a problem for all tournements that run a long season format. When they get closer to the end, some maps can feel outdated, and without a plan for changing mappool this caused problems. Latest example would be TSL4 who realised shortly before start that Korhal compound was going out of favor. Result was that they removed it and ran with map reruns in the finals. Don't get me wrong reruns can be done, but i am not a fan of it. My hope for the first map to be replaced would be metropolis. The map is broken both in balance and design. The games on it are just too long and boring, Zerg have MASSIVE advantage against terran, and there is plenty of lag problems aswell. Blizzard removed it from ladder pool months ago. GSL did too recently. Hope you follow suit.

Can you estimate how long it takes from games played to broadcast? I heard it used to be around 2 weeks, but sometimes up to 6 weeks of production time.
