I am new to warcraft3 but I love the game and I'm working on making some custom maps, but I have a question that I hope someone can help me with. On the blizzard webpage they have these gorgeous maps that they have extracted the whole map into a picture file that they can link on their webpage.

How do they extract a map into an image? I can't find it in world editor and didn't have much luck anywhere else looking for a tool to do this. In the world editor, when I try to zoom out to see the whole map to print screen, it becomes all dark so I can't see anything. Please help if you know. thankS!

I had a few questions, so I went to wc3campaigns.com and asked on their forums. Most of them are very helpful and answered my question minutes after it was posted. Youd have better luck there, let me know what the answer to the question is.

yes here is not the best place for this, you can try what incubus recommended and defiance's forum for some help, smaller forum so you might get better advice from them

yup. warboards helped out really quickly:

Do you mean
In the world editor
Advanced>View Entire Map
Then
Get a program that has some kind of capture screen (Irfanview)
Capture Crop Convert Import
there
