As far as competitors from North America/Europe but playing in Korea goes, if they decide to compete and end up winning, we will pay for the winner's ticket from a destination in North America or Europe. How they get to that location is on their end. Hopefully this clears things up! =D what if the player living in korea pays the difference for the ticket?

I hope playhem takes note about this.. So what, you want to have some arbitrary skill limit now as well? How stupid are you? User was warned for this post

I see this tournament as an opportunity for a new player to show his worth, its obvious that a professional will sweep the floor with any amateur, there is no need to hold a tournament to find that out. Thanks for the very inteligent post.

I hope playhem takes note about this.. I doubt that they are going to magically get on a team from winning IPL4. Their skill level won't suddenly have changed. They have been on teams before, and not been picked up for whatever reason. Winning IPL4 will only change marketability potentially, not skill. The reasons for being teamless in the first place are probably still going to be there.

Also since RGN disbanded, we have Inori competing hehe, i'm definatly gonna try my best here to see how far i go, but hell i'll be damned if i can win such thing, would probably mean instant spotlight and team pickups lol And i think teams will be looking at RO32, RO16 for new potential as well, so very good initiative!
