Really the multiplayer is that good for you, for me its like assassins creeds multiplayer, feels like an after thought.
It's an afterthought, but the best afterthought ever. It's extremely satisfying, best coop experience in a game in ages.
From what I've seen from the demo, I would say Uncharted 2's multiplayer is superior. That was an afterthought too, but it turned out unbelievably great. Shame Naughty Dog priotised it in the sequel. The single-player was somewhat of a let down. I hope ME3's main campaign didn't suffer by diverting resources to add the co-op mode.
Quite...unimpressed with this one. They're trying way too hard to appeal to emotions that really aren't there in the first place. It gets old after the 5th time seeing a city being blown up and Shepard's back with "WE MUST FIGHT FOR EARTH!"
Not to mention, was kind of odd just seeing Shepard run around shooting into the air trying to be "epic"
I hope the trailers suck because they're working super duper hard on the game instead...

It -is- an improvement, granted. I actually sort of liked it up until the part where Shepard was running around shooting in the air mindlessly. I don't want to bash too much, but these trailers really do look like they're appealing to 12 year olds in the ways they are trying to be "epic"
I just feel they are milking this whole "SAVE EARTH" thing. It's clear they're trying to build an emotional attachment, since we do live here and all, but I really am not buying it. Or am I alone? :|

You're not alone. I don't think they've done a good job at building up the reapers. They could have done a lot more to make me, as the player, hate them. Regardless, I'm not too impressed by the save Earth trailers, possibly because Shepard has always been a part of a team and the trailer makes him look like a one man army - very master-chief-esque, which Shepard is not.
well so far i hated the alien that was used in the first part and the collectors in the second part, maybe they can make me hate reapers in the 3rd, but not by destroying earth, we are better at that anyway.
Not sure if I will buy it, origin is really annoying and in germany there is a special way to deal with games that have this. (some of their user agreement can be ignored (german law yay) and since the game doesn't work without the program you are allowed to get a full refund by the shop, not sure if they switched it up after battlefield 3 incident, so inform yourself before trying )

Easy solution: Adepts rip phantoms to shreds. Thy also are the best solution for nemesis' and the warp works wonders against atlases (technically the name is derived from the mythological and therefor has no plural so i took the geographical term). Of course they suck versus normal troopers and zenturios for balance reason so for silver onwards you need a decent team.
Played single player campaign, I hope to the video game gods that the entire intro dialogue is completely changed. When Shepard does that "we fight or we die" nonsense I facepalmed IRL, not to mention the cheesy-as-fuck kid. funnily enough I'm more looking forward to the multiplayer than the singleplayer. At least that doesn't have cringeworthy writing.

I've got a lvl 20 Asari Adept, so that's kinda old news, but I'm trying to max out all classes atm, and if you don't have any others there to do the Stasis'ing for you, then... yeah...

Main problem actually are the many bugs and glitches: Yesterday i threw a phantom to the ground which somehow disabled her hit detection (as in you couldnt deal any damage whatsoever to her). As I walked near she of course executed me (while still lying in the same spot). Second funniest thing was an engineer building a turret INSIDE a crate.
Krogan backhands (melee) and vanguard charge--->heavy melee ---> nova, repeat also deals with them. Engi's overload spam is also sufficient. Overall I don't really have problems with phantoms aside from their pistol's 1 shotting my shields and the odd 1-hit critical no-rez attack.
Btw as a vanguard I was about to get executed by a phantom (the animation was already underway, sword went through me) and a helpful asari threw stasis on the phantom thus saving me =D. She literally cancelled out a sure insta-death.

Cheesy lines were there since the first part. It is an American game after all. Didnt expect them to suddenly change that up with the third part.
Still there always was some interesting dialogue in between, too. I hope they kept that up.

Got executed by a Phant earlier, except instead of bleeding out, I stood up with full hp/barrier instead... sometimes bugs can be helpful as well

I felt the same but it got to me knowing it was out there so I did the first part of the demo and after a cutscene a screen comes up explaining that the next part of the demo occurs later in the game and I just alt+f4'd out so I didn't see anything later. I want the full game even more now though.
I guess I'm one of the few people that don't mind spoilers at all? I don't mind game spoilers, movie spoilers, book spoilers or any other spoilers. It just doesn't affect my experience of the product at all. I'll still enjoy it to the fullest.
Hell I even went as far as to read the leaked script for ME3, the full war assets list, played the demo, read every spoiler possible, watched every trailer etc. etc.
