This was shown during commercials in shows like Walking Dead etc. Looks awesome, ME would be such a great movie trilogy, in 3D animation, not even talking about live action movie.

Can only hope there will be alot of it in ME3 Anyhow for you wanting to do ME3 imports, you can always go for the worst posible playthrough Link

I will agree with everyone that the combat and controls were largely improved in ME2 but thats not what I buy RPGs for. If I was really concerned about the shooting feeling great I'd just play a standard fps. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate what they did for combat, its just that I felt the other parts of the game suffered. For me ME2 just failed to have the same level of immersion that ME1 achieved. The story was nowhere near as interesting as the first game. It just lacked that sense of mystery and exploration.+ Show Spoiler + Probably because you spend about 75% of it just gathering a team together; it was even in the commercials "assemble your team, fight for the lost". Even within the whole gathering the team part of the game I felt the story was lacking. You get sent out to pick most of them up just because you get told to, and for quite a few of them I don't really understand why you get them. Mordin I understand, being as he invents the protection from the bug things, but some of the others I just don't get. Thane and Grunt? Why do I need them for a secret mission? What special skills do they have that uniquely equip them for flying through a mass relay to an unknown target at the other side? Wouldn't some well armed Cerberus soldiers done just as well? The characters themselves weren't bad (Thane was one of my favorites), but the reasons for picking them up were shaky at best. In ME1 you either had a good reason to go out and track someone down, like Liara, or you got thrown together with them through unplanned events, like Tali. I also feel like the game lacked a good villain. The collector thing just doesn't measure up to Saren and Sovereign. The planets also felt really gated to me in ME2 as compared to ME1. Maybe I'm just remembering ME1 overly fondly, it has been a few years since I played it, but I would have sworn the worlds were more open ended than ME2. Watching the demo of ME3 has me worried that its gonna follow the same path as 2. Some of the dialog seemed pretty clunky, and you basically are just thrown into "the reapers are attacking" with little reference to what happened in the time between games. Given its only the first few minutes of the game, and the story might flesh out a bit more from there, but it was enough to make me a bit uneasy.

They really respect their customers over at EA... You buy the collectors edition you get addition content with it. Not 'for free' And if you dont buy it, you can pay for it just like any other DLC anywhere.. whats the problem?

I understand why you have to pay 10$ for the DLC if you didn't get the collectors but the way they show it is very.. commercial, capitalistic. You bought the game? Cool! Now before you start playing, give us another 10$! It's not subtle at all, it shows that they want money more than anything else. Of course they need cash to live and make more games but they demand it in a very aggressive way. Such is the way of EA Games.
