I have finally hit one of my StarCraft related goals! It eventually happened, I hit silver and I am so proud of reaching this milestone, well I actually hit it about a month ago, but it did take a while to get over the euphoria of achieving this and now I have decided to write about it.
If only this came as a prize for obtaining this goal.
It was a long task, that took a while but my persistence and willingness to spend the time helped me out in the long run. I had to go through some top notch players, scrounge up the information on them, look at some of their vod's and past results, but that information helped my overall results. Some of this information came as a surprise that let me reflect on what they have done in the past and what they are going to do in the future. It was also hard because I hit a few walls along the way that delayed my forward progress. These come and go, and when they are gone it feels great.
I will be sure to have more of an understanding going into the future to help me prepare for the next level which should be gold. The road to gold will be long, strenuous, but also bestowing me with knowledge and learning new things I should never forget.
For those who are still in placement or bronze, my advice for you will be to figure out something that will keep you interested and progressing towards your goals. Never give up, never surrender for you are making history while also carving the path to the future. Every little bit you do helps out a lot in the big picture.
For those of you who have hit gold, I salute you on your contributions and one day I hope to meet you on the same level or exceed it, but for now I will cherish my silver coin and the stack that I will eventually aquire in my journey.

I typed this up at lunch quickly. Most of the liquipedia stuff I did at home, but yeah work should be busier.
