My absolute favorite, just wanted to post it. :D

I don't know how I feel about this thread now that the OP has been permed (for like the 12th time). After all there is a perfectly good (possibly better) thread by an OP who has not been banned and can still update: http://www.teamliquid.net/blogs/viewblog.php?topic_id=117192
But on the other hand, the fact that the OP was permed for terrible posting seems oddly appropriate...

Nah, the OP was banned for being a GG.NoRe alt, the worst crime that anyone on TL could commit(and terrible posting, but hey, being a PBU twelve times over is pretty severe )

I swear, hasn't there been twenty of these threads throughout the months? As in threads about other locked threads?

Link to these threads?

No. This was a very recent thing, I can only remember ~3 threads like this in the past year.

Yes my mistake, it's not the 12th time he's been permed. More like the 22nd I think. It makes the thread feel dirty somehow. Again though, maybe appropriate since it's a thread devoted to the filth of TL.
Anyway, did you guys see this thread: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=279173
Thanks be to the mighty Kennigit for finally putting that thing out of it's misery.

What happened to Day9s post
|
It's good to know that some people actually do appreciate the threads that I put so much work into. God bless you all.
|
Is it bad that I read every single one of those? And when I looked at the Day9 post concerning wicker baskets his post is blank but if you look at the pages after that somebody quotes him and you can see his whole post anyway. Anyway, this definately gave me some good laughs and was an awesome way to spend an hour or two. Hopefully you keep adding more

Torte is in fact an advanced AI program designed from the ground up to simulate general internet forum banter. His name is actually an acronym for:
Team Liquid Operating Robot for Talk Emulation
de (latin for from)
Laboratories for Innnovation on the New Internet
Originally designed in 2005 by a secret development company to automate troll and image macro posting on 4chan and reddit, it was found in tests that implimentation of such a technology made human users on those boards entirely irrelevant. So in early 2008 the technology was redesigned to meet the posting specifications of Team Liquid. After more than two years of testing and development the system was put into place in 2010 to help reduce the impact of the 4chan kiddies on TL.

You're crazy...

Oh god, just let this accursed thread die!

I agree. Blizzard provides us with the game, and if they want to change something and leave WoL multiplayer as it is, and keep supporting it, all the better for the players.
