And Bomber was known for his tvt so it's weird to see him lose to a terran who isn't top class. I didn't see the games but I heard TheStC allinned at least once so that's maybe why. Clearly idra is one of the best foreign zergs are you kidding me? He is the only zerg to place top 4 i believe. Also thestc has been said "to be better than MvP" once he came out of the military so i find no shame in losing to thestc and idra for bomber. and Gratz MKP for making it that far β₯ MKP Fightin!! | ||

There header looks good btw! Some things we should add: His Twitter: @MKPS2 Prime's clothes store: Primezzang Winner of GomTV Arena of Legends Winner of CPL China Invitational 2011 Winner of FXOpen Invitational 3 and 4 Winner of Gview Thailand Invitational 3rd place at GSL Super Tournament 2nd place at GSL August Code A 2nd place at It's Gosu Invitational 1 Winner of SK Gaming Asia Champion's Trophy (July 5th Place at MLG Orlando 2011 (I think we should add the complete story with reddit sending him there as well) God... so much happend. I posted a ton of pictures as well, will look them up and edit this post... EDIT1: Here's his go to TvP Fast ghost build: On May 27 2011 06:57 Nuithari wrote: LOL, I was thinking the same thing :D This is it (from the first set): Start with a gasless FE: 10 Depot 12 Rax 16 OC 16 Depot completing the wall-off. 20 CC Build the 2 additional Rax as you'd do a stim push. 22 Rax nΒ°2&3 24 Gas 1&2 25 Depot 27 Tech Lab on Rax (not at the ramp) Research stim @100% 30 OC He builds constant Marines (and SCV's) till this point. He adds in Maurauders from here. When the gas is available, build the 2nd Tech Lab and a reactor. Research Concussive Shells @ Tech Lab 100% Start building the Ghost academy when you start Concussive Shells (should be around 44 food) When Concussive Shells is done, start researching Shields. From the moment the Ghost Academy is done, he switches his production cycles. 2Ghosts+2Marines into 2 Maurauders+2Marines into 2 ghosts + 2 Marines into... well, you get the picture Then he gets another gas, builds his ebay to research weapons, builds a factory for his reactored starport. He attacks when his 2 initial ghosts are out. That was around the 9 minute mark. Enjoy! Interview: On June 16 2011 16:17 Nuithari wrote: Here's a nice little interview on PCgamer: http://www.pcgamer.com/2011/06/15/still-a-prince-an-interview-with-starcraft-2-icon-lee-jung-hoon-aka-marinekingprime/ Article about Yellow and MKP posted by John: On July 25 2011 14:38 JunkkaGom wrote: I found an article about MKP and Yellow at TIG : http://www.thisisgame.com/board/view.php?id=712568&board=&category=13438&subcategory=&page=1&best=&searchmode=&search=&orderby=&token= Here's my rough translation : At Starcraft2 Player Association Courtesy Education, 'Kong line' of Starcraft 2, MarkinekingPrime asked "when one becomes runner-up multiple times, how does one overcome the slump?" to Yellow during Yellow's lecture. Yellow gave truthful asnwer coming from his personal experience. After confirming that the question came from MKP, Yellow said "It brings me sad memories", "The disappintment after becoming runner up is too big for anyone to imagine. Many people say 'runner-up is still great' but players feel huge loss nonetheless" He expressed his sadness by saying βRunner-up is the greatest loser, for his loss takes place where there are most spectators and viewersβ. However he added β2nd place is not a bad result at all. It may be tough but if you do not despair and continue to work hard you will be rewarded one day" Yellow also advised to younger players "I hope you are not it hurry. You are still very young and it is sad to see players who are in the beginning stage to despair from being 2nd place, fail to qualify or from loss" and stressed that players should work to achieve a long term goal rather than for short term results. Must-see games: On September 04 2011 04:05 Poopi wrote: Don't forget that every VOD are available for free for 48 hours from today this morning. If you don't know which ones of MKP look for here are some of the best series/games of him I could think of : almost every series of his GSL S2 run, even the first match despite not so good level of play it add to his story. If you were to watch only one, it should be his games against Kyrix (ro8). GSL 3 : I didn't watch all the games yet but he said in some interview that he wasn't in good condition for this season. The most interesting match is probably the games against MC, the match against Leenock is good too. GSL Code S season 1 : awesome games against NaDa in ro8 (ro32 and ro16 were both group stages, didn't see the games I dislike groupstages games but at the time he was able to win bo1 groupstages ), same with his ro4 against Jinro. He played these games with his old "mass upgraded marines to upgraded bio" style. Oh and do NOT watch the final against Mvp :D. Heartbreaking games and MKP didn't play his best, Mvp was better and MKP didn't deal well with the pressure of playing against his most "precious" and strongest practice partner (MKP considered Mvp to be the best terran and you can't go play against Mvp underconfident lol). GSL Code S season 2 : losses in group stage, didn't watch the games except Kyrix's one. It was an ok game. Didn't see the games against InCa and sC . Up&Down : ok games against Leenock, not really good not really bad, no necessity to watch because they were cool "live" cuz MKP qualified for code S, not for their quality. GSL : World Championship : available for free anytime, the games against MC are must see from game 1 to 5, the games against SEn are ok, were better "live" same as before because MKP advanced. 2nd game against SEn worth it to see though. The games against TT1, well there is that game on Terminus RE that you can see : thanks blizzard now there aren't far inferior players who win one game because of 4gate anymore . If you were to watch only one match, it would be the final match against Mvp, good to amazing level of play from MKP and amazing overall from Mvp. Plus it's one of the last high level TvT with marine/tank in korea so even more of a must see :D. GSL Code S S3 : group stages, g1 against NaDa : emotional "rollercoaster" (not sure of the translation?) when live, you are first amazed, then worried, then confident, then facepalm... Game 2 against Alicia : you should see it because it was around that time that 1-1-1 builds started to shine in korea : Alicia did a voidray build because he expected 1-1-1 from MarineKing, who destroyed him with "marine tank banshee many times on ladder". MKP didn't 1-1-1 tho, nice play from Alicia good game to see. Game 3 against Zenio : I haven't seen the game yet, but I know that it's probably a fucking amazing game : MKP flying his CC to the gold at the start of a TvZ metalopolis... and...he...won. baller Up&Down s3: didn't see the games against MMA yet. GSTL : epic game against GuineaPig (Prime vs MVP match 6) and good game against an at that time "unknown" (in foreign scene for almost everyone except some ppl who watched his stream) DongRaeGu showing the beast zerg he is. GSL Super Tournament : watch his ro64 match against Squirtle, first display of the ghost push giving nightmares to protoss at high level/GSL (well there is 1-1-1 so they don't dream about ghost push but still :D). And WATCH no.matter.what his first game against Ace (ro32). Game 1,2 and 4 of the match against MMA are good. GSL Code A S5 : didn't see every match but the games against Leenock are good.
