Because he's evading taxes on it. From what I gather, he bought some land, then some more when the Olympics was won, and hoped to offload it for more cash before he got caught. Though I don't know for sure, so that's basically gossip and shouldn't be taken seriously. And of course about not trying to make money off something for the whole country. Legally its fine, but netizens don't care about that, its all moral outrage. | ||
