Edit: Also, definitely turns out Puma would have been a great Fantasy pick, only swapped him out because I thought Fruit/Tester would have been in TSL as well (and they always get played even though they are terrible).

Stop speaking falsehoods, it's certainly better than dArkshAdOw69. Not quite as good as Optimus actually happening. Now all we need is TheBest or someone to become WheelchairfOu. Prime has really bad coaching strategy in these matches it seems. It's called a sniper Gerrard. A Sniper.

It's not like Trickster and Fruitdealer did much at all in the team leagues, and TSL still did well. Prime has always done badly, MKP included. The only thing different this time around is Polt won a championship, but MKP was still probably going to be lackluster even if Polt did well. That's just how he is. And on TSL the best players are aLive, Puma, and Killer. As a matter of fact, aLive practically has carried TSL to every single win except this one so far. With all the leaves they are still just as strong in the team leagues lol.

Still keeping Polt but never going to bet on Prime to win anything from now on. Their coach is apparently a goddamn idiot, and the team itself is so weak opponents only have to arrange snipers for Polt and MarineKing. Why they didn't put in Maka, the one guy who can remotely be called a "sniper", or Creator baffles me. Then again, Puma is a TvT and TvP beast. Since FXO is P heavy, I'll keep CoCa and hope he goes on a tear.

I dunno if they changed coach but yeah you would expect better results with such good players...

Even MKP and Polt mostly disappoint - they're very strong in non-Bo1s (which is actually what should matter), but they don't seem to be suited for team league. Of course, this is just all pure speculation, but I honestly expected MKP to pull off some 3-kills or reverse all-kills back when the team leagues were just beginning. If Prime loses their first match, they're really in trouble because they're going to need at least 1 player to get 2 kills, and it just doesn't really happen much with their players (and what the TSL coach said about how they'd win easily if Killer won the first match further cemented that thought into my mind). IIRC Polt got 2 kills in one of the team leagues, and that's pretty much it for Prime actually getting multiple kills with one player. I think the Prime members heavily depend on preparation and they don't seem to prepare for the team leagues at all. Polt's strategy is particular was very...non-Poltesque. Their players are strong, but most of them are not well-rounded and therefore not likely to go on winning streaks. Furthermore their coach has a bad habit of not using their more established players (Maka, anypro, Creator) in the team leagues. Unfortunately I think Prime have to go the Hwaseung Oz route: throw out Polt/MarineKing first and hope that they can generate enough momentum to carry the team for the rest of the series.
