Point of Emphasis: Game 2 between Paranoid and his fellow countrymen Dreiven from WGTCL.
Dreiven has a fucking solid PvZ. I have played him numerous times and I always seem to gain some kind of advantage that should shut him out and give me the win. He however has this ability to say "no" to us silly zergs and our advantage gaining ways.. he falls behind here but only briefly. He is truly a zerg sniper. Watch this man in action.

dreiven seems so invincible while playing pvz

He was able maximize mileage out of his armies, that's for sure. No wonder Dreiven was able to snipe Mondi.

what hes always been doing that; i think ? anyways yay <3 inc ; im starting to get used to having replays to watch from tl now D:

Would swarm make a difference? He had a lot of goons in the army, that made a difference. I thought, that handling swarm is not an APM/time issue on the level, so was that a tactical decision or did he forgot or was he simply not able to handle it?
I am a P player and I would really like to know, how I can force zerg not to throw swarms in late game
|
well it would have helped if paranoid bothered to micro his units as opposed to sending them in single file directly towards dreiven's whole force.

i think having to use swarm/keeping track of defilers is an issue no matter what APM or skill level you're at, he probably thought he could by without going trough the trouble
even Jaedong probably finds it hard & annoying at times!

Yeah he mostly uses it for plague i find it very effective vs protoss but if you are not up vs some gosu such as Dreiven Ultras and lings gets the job done with a simple flank .

Make reavers. Or, make DA's and feedback the defilers. But reavers generally work better. If he does cast a swarm, it just means those ultra/lings/etc are going to bunch up nicely for the scarabs.
Dreiven's PvZ is awesome; can't wait to watch this one. Thanks for all the sweet reps recently inc.

fucking downloading now. thanks!

lol he made that look somewhat easy..
|
KrAzYfoOL ling speed would've helped too, sadly I did forget it ;p.
|
Oh damn para saviored it.
|
forgetting the speed is understandable since you didnt need them in the beginning of game and usually people only upgrade them in the first 5 min haha btw grouping that crazy amount of lings is also something crazy for zerg players... its fking hard as you often usually have no idea direction will the toss attack from so its better to keep them in base first.. but honestly that amount of lings was too large

Drieven's game sense just blows me out of the water...
Top 8 next TSL...
