Hi guys!
I wrote a little web application (a web site) which can be very useful for finding hackers in Starcraft replays.
If you're interested or you think it might be useful for you, here it is: Online replay scanning for hacks
Currently it recognizes: -Oblivion autogather/autotrain -zerg moneyhack -old zerg, protoss and terran moneyhacks -building selection hack (multiple building selection) -some multicommand hacks
More will be added later on.
Usage is simple: -You enter the url to your browser. You find yourself on the hacker finder page. -You post your replay (in the form of copying/pasting the actions of your replay exported by BWChart). -You press the Analyze button, and the web application parses and analyzes your replay in quest of finding hackers and hacks in it.
Pros: -It's pretty simple. -Requires zero knowledge about hacks and hacking. -Everyone can check any replay of his. -Everyone gets results in just a few seconds. -No program downloading and installation required.
It currently works with Internet Explorer, but I'm working on the Firefox support. Note that it's still in development status (version 0.91), might give some false hack alerts (which will be fixed).

kroko, that Hacker list is from BGH games. Some of those players are somewhat known in BGH community... Not very much though.
lol I still laugh everytime I read quotes from that hacker list... ------------ "I'm famous" (seeing himself on hacker list) ----------- "u dont have feelings to what happens to others" (trying to bribe me^^) ----------- "i ran in to finish nexus... i guess thats a hack" ----------- "we suck... noone searches..." - busted for maphack

I just ran it once with a replay I know the opponent hacked in (Z minhack is not that hard to detect). It found that out alright, so I guess the program is working for that. No idea about other hacks though.

Since it is only looking at replays, and it damn sure won't run the BW engine to find out where the fog was, I guess it's not made to detect maphacks. Just the stoff he posted above. Would be nice to know if it detects the last version of those hacks which don't get recognized by the ICC launcher.

No, it doesn't detect maphacks. There is no use trying to. Most up-to-date maphacks come with client-side safe maphack which means no data leaves the hacker's computer which would point to using maphack. Most of the maphacks leave absolutely no marks in replays therefore making it impossible to detect them.

Currently it works with Internet Explorer but not with Firefox. I'll try to add support for Firefox, but in the meantime try it with IE.

I think you should get toghether with someone like r1ch, masterofchaos, or tec27 (3 programmers from this site) and somehow make an interface where you can just click "browse" and point it towards your replay folder and have it auto check all the reps without having to copy paste each individual one.
|
that would mean that the website have some kind of bwchart inside of it to be able to decript the replay
|
Its working and its great Thank you

and if a lot of us will try to browse through our full folders of replays this site will die.

Wow, I didn't know Oblivion could do all that.
My question is if Oblivion can do like automine, then it must somehow change the individual actions of units, right? Why can't the people who made Oblivion instead make like a really great AI to fight against?
It shouldn't be too hard to improve on what's already in BW. I mean, to simulate early scouting, have the worker just run around the enemy's base constantly. You could set it up so that if the worker comes within like 5 spaces of an enemy unit, for it to make a right angle turn. Alternately, it seems like you could program in drop harasses and stuff like that fairly easily.
Could a program like Oblivion do stuff like this? Or maybe something adapted from Oblivion or such?
