Unfortunately so far I don't think they've said anything about it not being BO3 so.... probably....

I'd much rather see Momochi win than Infiltration. Other than Justin he's the player I'd most like to see do well - assuming he plays Cody. If he doesn't then I don't care when he gets knocked out. My preference here is gonna be Justin -> non-top-tier-character players -> everyone else.
