Just more color saturation
With patch 1.5.0, as everyone know, game client was updated with new streaming system, that checks every file, making the game more dependent on the Internet. One of effects of that system is a full shutdown of any modification via MPQ editing, like BroodWar sounds, customized backgrounds for Battle.Net, custom unit models, or "Stronger Team Color mod", that makes unit colors more saturated and more noticeable. This popular mod stoped work too.
In other word, there are no more MPQ modding, and it's understandable, because it was possible to change stealth models or make nuke dot bigger and more visible. But some "modding" is still here, like UI Overlay Customization or Darker SC2 or Redecoloring. Now we have a lot less possibilities to customize game, but still, it's better than nothing.
Well, I want to present you a cheap alternative to Stronger Team Color mod, or reversion of Darker Diablo 3 mod, that makes game darker and less saturated. Stronger Colors makes game 10% brighter and 100% more saturated. Original Darker D3 mod was done by Pyloneer, I've just edited some settings to bring back color saturation.
One of main good features that you can toggle it, instead using monitor or videocard options, turning ON when you need it (dark map, mirror matches, other game situations) and OFF, when you don't need it. Toggle hotkey is Pause button. Another difference, that everything will be more saturated, including landscape around or UI. But it's not possible to make stronger colors for units only or something like that, thats all we can do for now in 1.5.0.
Here are animated (~ 1.5 mb each, 2 second slide change) screenshots. Nothing more, only color saturation.

It's not a cheating
Jay Wilson, one of the main developers of Diablo 3, said, that this mod will not cause ban, untill it will be not considered as cheating. Increasing color saturation is same, as in videocard Control Panel or in monitor settings. Stronger Color mod uses same method, like Darker Diablo 3, only with other settings (instead darker and less saturated it gives more saturation and slighty brighter)

What the file "d3d9.dll" does:
When Windows loads a program's requested libraries (dll files) it first looks in the EXE file's start up directory, and then the system folders. The real d3d9.dll is stored in "C:\Windows\System32", so by taking advantage of how Windows loads dlls we can place a different d3d9.dll in the game's root directory, that loads custom DirectX rendering code and then references the real d3d9.dll.
The game will see this as a normal Direct3D loading procedure and should not raise any red flags as it does not modify the game's code, read or write its memory (this is how many cheats and hacks work), and does not modify the game's files in any way.

However, ask yourself a few questions.
1) Does it modify any game files? No
2) Does it automate any game play? No
3) Does it give you an unfair advantage in any way? No
Three answers - no, no and no. So it can not be considered as cheat, because:
1) It's a standart dll-library from windows, that was modified a bit to use graphic settings for specified exe-file.
2) It does not give you any ingame advatange
