It can be any ladder map, against human or AI. My idea behind it is if you practice your build at a faster speed, then play "fast" or "normal", your execution is very solid. Similar to how if you do your build in the multitask trainer where your probe is being chased by a zergling, it helps your mechanics. Likewise, if you could train yourself to properly do a build at 1.5, or 2, it would be a major help to your mechanics.

You could go into the data editor and change all the unit, build speeds etc. AI will not function properly tho. | ||
