China StarCraft Team League # 24 Playoffs

Xiphos Canada7507 Posts July 02 2012 15:25 GMT #1 Basically China have their version of ProLeague games going on since 2003, named StarCraft Team League or STL. The C-STL post-season is set to take place at the date of July 1st, 2012. There are 30 teams in total in the STL, based on their performances, they are classified in group A, B, C (from the highest level of play to the lowest). Teams that will be entering to the post-season is consisted of 4 Teams from group A, 2 from B, and 2 from C. The following is the playoff team numbering based on their group seeds and ranks. A1 (1) A2 (2) A3 (3) A4 (4) B1 (5) B2 (6) C1 (7) C2 (8) 1 vs 8, and 4 vs 5 will be battling in the upper bracket while 2 vs 7, and 3 vs 6 in the lower one With that mind, the teams competition are predicted to be: GP vs PlaySC, JXSA vs NJ (Upper Bracket) Love vs FY, The vs Sun (Lower Bracket) Participants must be from STL#24's qualified team rosters. Post regular season transfered players cannot compete. The matches shall be Best of 7, with Ace match format. The Order of maps are: 1. Icarus 1.1 2. Jade 3. Sniper Ridge 4. Ground Zero 5. Circuit Breakers 1.0 6. La Mancha 1.1 Ace: Fighting Spirit 1.3 Players will follow STL # 24's standard rules (Pretty much the same ones as WCG in terms of bugs) To avoid conflict with C-OSL's Scheduling, STL's post-season's Quarter Finals/Semi Finals shall be broadcasted from July 1st to July 8th.
