I wasn't sure if it had been brought up on TeamLiquid yet, but I couldn't find any mention of it.
According to http://estadium.gamedonga.co.kr/ the GSL Code A Qualifiers will be held over two days, January 4th and 5th at the Intel e-Stadium in Seoul, South Korea.
I don't think GOM will be providing any streams of the games, as these games put a lot of pressure on the players and they don't want to exacerbate that by streaming the matches to thousands of fans.
It should be noted that with the new GSL format, the first round of Code A has 48 players, which allows for many more players to work their way into Code A.
I would also hope you all would join me in cheering on Team Clash in the Qualifiers, we're really hoping our players can qualify!

Code A Preliminaries Application Period: December 26th , 12 PM ~ December 29th, 12 PM (KST)
Code A Preliminaries Offline Event: 2012 January 5th (Thur), January 6th (Fri) at the Intel e-Stadium at Technomart, Sindorim, Seoul, Korea.
Participation Requirement: Must be at least 12 years old / You need to have a SC2 Battle.net account (cannot use your family's or friends' accounts)
[Does not have to be a Korean Battle.net account]
Match Format: Bo3
Map Pool: 1set - Daybreak, 2set - Dual Sight, 3set - Antiga Shipyard
Map credits: LSPrime (Antiga Shipyard, Dual Sight), WinparkPrime (Daybreak)
Map modifications:
Antiga Shipyard: Players can only spawn diagonally from each other.
