Dear Blizzard,
We all know the best way to play SC2 is with the health bars "always on", but this is rather annoying with deathball armies, or during passive play. Trying to hold ALT during a battle is also next to impossible.
Can you guys please provide a happy medium in the next Patch?? Make it so the ALT button toggles health bars ON/OFF ??! That way we can have them off until a micro battle ensues, and then enable them quickly and be able to micro like a pro. Genius, right?
Please make my check out to creamyturtle....

You just cant cure stupid.

love this topic, i've been pleading for this since the game came out. the reasons the OP gave are also my concern =)

pffft I think its best to play sc2 without health bars (or I do anyway), and use alt when I want to know. But why you are writing it here is weird as this is not blizzard

well as a zerg player this is totally understandable.. but i bet the percentage of terran and toss players who crave for a feature like this are way higher than their zerg counterparts
maybe it's your aoe background, beause that game also had no permanent health bars

bend your thumb. keep your finger nail on alt.
now you can hold alt while doing things. you're welcome.

i was saying this since the alpha build, hell even in wc3.

i did post this in the Bnet forum btw... along with like 10 other ppl. they don't seem to notice/ care

Dear Blizzard,
I want to be able to shift queue the morphing of banelings following a move command. Make it so. Engaged.

So they would notice/care more if you posted it somewhere outside bnet forums?

hate to rain some cold hard facts on you but the first handful of years of war3, that is what you had to do for pretty much the entire game, it's perfectly possible.
|
I would like to have the health bars under your units instead of on top.

Yes. Strength in numbers.

selecting opponents units in the midst of battle to check health and energy just like in the good old days. Would be nice to see people do that that are always pleading for the good old bw features :3 , since sc2 has no skill.

Holding ALT during a battle was standard for years in WC3 (many pros kept this method even after "all health bar" shenanigans were allowed). Just takes practice, like everything else.
