I'm writing up a page in LP2 which will list system configurations, game settings, and FPS. I know it's a wall of text, but all data is appreciated. I may write up a Windows program later to collect this automatically, but for now you'll have to type it up manually (sorry about that).
So, I need people to give me their configurations. I'm not too sure about how this works with Mac (because I don't own one), so if you have a Mac, supply what you can. So, here's what I need from people:
Tester - You, your friend, whatever. Each configuration must be attributed to someone. IE: don't guess at this stuff.
OS - Your OS and processor type (32/64 bit)
Sys Type - Power, Economy, Mid-range, OLD, etc.
RAM Speed - obvious
RAM Size - obvious
CPU - CPU name, obviously. Leave out speeds and sizes
Cores - Dual core? 2. Quad core? 4. Simple.
Clock - Per core clock.
Graphics Manufacturer - ATi, nVidia, etc. Don't confuse the manufacturer with distributor (ie: POWERCOOLER Radeon HD 5870 and GIGABYTE Radeon HD 5870 are both ATi)
Graphics Driver - Easypeasy. Whatever driver you're using.
GPU - More like the name. Radeon HD 5870, for example.
GPU Clock - Per GPU core clock
VC Interface - AGP? PCI? PCIe 1.0/2.0/2.1/3.0?
VC Memory Size - Again, pretty simple
VC Memory Speed - Memory Type + speed here (GDDR5 1600 MHz or whatever)
Stream Processors - pretty simple
CrossFire/SLI - Are you running 2 cards in CrossFire(X) or SLI
Average FPS - (FPS in menu + FPS in basic game [ie: at start, staring at your main without doing anything] + FPS in big battle) / 3
Settings - All game settings! Resolution, shaders level, mouse smoothing, etc. Everything in the DISPLAY pane. ALL OF IT PLEASE ^^

Have you edited any settings in variables.txt to turn things off or no? I'd like to get a very specific table set up for each testing condition.

djcube, sadly "didn't touch anything else" isn't much help, as SC2 auto adjusts settings based on what it thinks your hardware can do. Thanks for what you've given so far, though.
