I didn't see this post, so I decided to throw it up. This worked for me and now I can play games.

documents -> starcraft 2 beta -> Maps. Now in this folder you will find a folder named Cache. Delete it. Has helped for some. Either with ladder and/or custom games.

Bump if it works, for others to see. If not, nvm.

I don't know if I just got a lucky break from the servers or not, but I was able to get into a 1v1 game just after trying this.
