Intro:
After much thought, I came to a conclusion that Starcraft is very much just like Yu-gi-oh. Imagine this: there are 4 types of duelists/players in both games.
1) The insect dude Weevil

This is the cheesy bad mannered whiny player that will play to win but never play to improve. He is gonna try to evolve the Larvae Moth into a bigger insect but if he fails he will ragequit. If you beat him he is gonna throw your exodia deck in the water, and he will go to the Blizzard forums to whine.
2) Joey Wheeler

The casual. He is so unpredictable that when you have four monsters ready to attack he will monster reborn time wizard, and win with that imba card. Even the best players will sometimes find themselves surprised by Joey Wheelers because you never know what will they pull out.
3) Yugi
![[image loading]](http://www.yu-gi-oh-cards.net/includes/images/howtoplay/yamiyugi.gif)
The TLO prototype. The dude that plays random cards with 1200 attack, and traps that take half of your life points, and still wins. He will summon a dark magician when you least expect it, and crush you with the brute force of 2500 attacking points. He will nydus worm your base, and colossus drop your natural.
4) Kaiba
![[image loading]](http://cid.everdread.com/uc/kaiba.jpg)
The metagame freak. The build order maniac, the dude that watches replays 24/7. He will beat up your grandpa just so he gets a blue eyes white dragon, and when he loses he will ragequit without gg. He will buy a mouse for 200$ with 5 extra buttons for macros.
Here are the terms that represent their starcraft counterparts
1) All in

Just when you think that you have won with the blue eyes ultimate dragon, you see the opponent using kuribo to save his ass for one more turn. He will counter your all-in, and then proceed to crush you while you are left with nothing in your base.
2) Heart of the cards
Do you believe in the heart of the cards? If yes then you will build that void ray without even scouting the opponent, and when it arrives he won’t have any anti air, instant GG.
3) Scouting:
You don’t know what your opponent build/deck is? No worries, send your pathetic 4 star monster with 1000 attack points, and see what card the enemy uses to crush it with.
4) Polymerization:

1:1:1 terran build. He will use every available unit, and fuse them into an unstoppable army. At first look you see a baby dragon, but when you combine it with time wizard, things get serious.
5) Raigeki
![[image loading]](http://www.pojo.com/yu-gi-oh/cotd/2002/May2002/raigeki.jpg)
The equivalent of marauder. One card, and you win. You got a nice army of T2 units. No worries, I will use raigeki, and wipe it without any drawbacks. It doesn’t matter if it is early, mid or late game. Raigeki will crush you anytime.
