Q: Your thoughts on winning
A: I’m happy that I achieved my goals. My goal was to bring out

Q: Did you become concerned after losing to Jaedong?
A: Not at all. I believed that

Q: In game 3, your opponent made mistakes that helped you win.
A: I think my opponent became really nervous. His mutalisk movements weren’t that good either. I was able to fight in a massive center battle and win the game.
Q: You used Optical Flare in game 4
A: I think the way I think about and use Optical Flare is unique. I can manage the game while using Optical Flare, so I think it’s a good thing. I will be able to use it in any map from now on.
Q: How was your game against Jaedong?
A: I began without too many thoughts in my head. I didn’t really prepare for Judgment day, so I ad-libbed. I decided to do an all-in regardless of his build order. If I won, it was because of luck, and if I lost, there was nothing more to lose. I was sure that one of my teammates would win.
Q: It was a center Factory
A: It was like an all-in build. There was a timeframe that I could have won. If I had practiced the map before the match, I would’ve had a chance, so that is a little regretful.
Q: Your record in Match Point is 10 for 10. Any reasons why?
A: I didn’t think I would do this well, but I became used to it. I don’t think I’ll lose to a Protoss on it. I can get used to the situations on this map easily, so I think that’s why my record is so good. The map fits my style.
Q:

A: I don’t know why he refused. He prepared hard for the 1st set. Everyone knew that he would win. The game turned out to be the way he practiced. I think he didn’t participate in the interview because he regrets losing the 2nd game.
Q: Anything else?
A: I thank all my teammates for helping me practice.

Hyvaa, as the ace of eSTRO, defeated the “Tyrant” Jaedong from Hwaseung, and eSTRO won the series 4-2.
Thoughts on ending the series?
-During practice, I was already prepared as the one to defeat Lee Jaedong, and so to be able to successfully defeat him and help the team win is a great feeling.
Are you always the one to snipe Jaedong?
-Because of the two individual leagues’ preliminaries took a lot of time, I only prepared for SPL yesterday. Yesterday I prepared for ZvZ with teammates like Action. The coach as observer gave a lot of precise guiding suggestions. I thought I’d have a better chance against Jaedong than Action.
Why were you sent out before Action?
-I don’t really know why, and Action already started warming up. I guess they gave me the chance first.
Were you nervous playing the strong ZvZer Jaedong?
-Not at all. The game went exactly as predicted; even if it didn’t, I still had confidence in winning.
It seems you got back a lot of your confidence.
-This seems to be brought up a lot, but I still haven’t exhibited all of my potential that I have in practice. It’s slowly coming out, so I feel like I should practice even harder. Usually I have a lot of confidence that disappears once I get to the stage, and lose the feel I have during practice. I feel like there’s still a lack of experience, so I’ve been trying to overcome this, and my results have been slowly improving.
Did you have a desire for an all-kill?
-I was sent out first twice, but didn’t do well either time. Maybe it’s better not to start and instead wait to snipe, and like today snipe the opponent’s ace and help the team. I think this is more suitable for me, and can practice more precisely. Of course it’d be great if I could all-kill, but before that, I should work harder to become a stable and consistent player that can guarantee one win first. I still have a lot of work to do.
Last words?
-Before going up against Jaedong, Action said he really wanted to be sent out first [laugh] Because of my confidence I was able to get the chance first, and I want to thank my coaches and players who helped me, especially Great-hyung and Juni-hyjng from Samsung. I think I need to treat Juni-hyung to a meal, so he should come talk to me [laugh]
