If they contact us in advance and have a reason that not smurfing would heavily impact their ability to qualify.
If you're some secretive smurf without telling us, you're not eligible to play the actual TSL tournament.

There are plenty of Poles capable of reaching B+ with good stats that you have never heard about, though a bit fewer than a couple years ago. There are a couple hundred participants in WCG Poland every single year; most of them know how to play the game.

I agree with you, Scan is super BM, I just wanted to point out that inka shouldnt have to resort to using racial slurs when angry and run the risk of being kicked. Scan is really bad mannered and yeah he probably did provoke it (I watched the game on scans livestream, and he was constantly spamming low latency filling the screen, and at the same time spamming korean text)

Haha this is too fucking funny, Scan is in Louder's livestream, I can see they're mutual friends on Bnet, but Scan's talking mad shit about how bad Louder is and how he raped him. Scan is a douche and it makes me laugh how much support someone can garner from simply streaming.

He is also an egomaniac, and constantly checks and rechecks all of his ICCUP IDs on the website, and highlights his wins over people, like its actually a big deal. I remember 1 time on his stream, he went to the Zotac cup site, and basically sat there for 15mins staring at his 3-2 loss to xiaozi, and kept highlighting it like he was showing everyone on his stream. Pretty funny stuff.

I'm not sure how I feel about leting koreans even ones that now live in the USA play in the TSL. Hell for 10k it maybe worth it for like Effort to fly to idra house and smash everyone. I think a good place to look, especially if you don't keenly follow the foreigner scene is the GGnet player database.

I'm not much of a fan of GGnet but this database has hundreds of players, a lot of whom play in second division clan leagues and such so it's useful for looking up lesser-known players. If the player still doesn't show up (and you've checked the op), then post.

Maan, if it is really fisheye making a comeback for tsl that would be beyond awesome. I could imagine TL allowing him to smurf, it would be another bomb they could let explode.
