The only belgium zerg I knew was iD.Surf and I saw him active not so long time ago, can be him

1) there are quite a few unknown players
2) smurfs are allowed under special circumstances

That's iD.Surv, and he's not good enough to get those stats
Pretty sure that Belgian is Roes, a pretty unknown guy that laddered a shitload the past 3 seasons and got good.

None of those players were granted a smurf exception -- they should be playing under their "most known" aka. If they are not, they had better contact us.

the only belgian I know is what's his name, Dantestyle (dunno if he even plays anymore) and he's a Terran player and about C/C+ skill

If they contact us in advance and have a reason that not smurfing would heavily impact their ability to qualify.
If you're some secretive smurf without telling us, you're not eligible to play the actual TSL tournament.
