Besides, the shit has been dealt with. Why even bother with a poll when the dude has already been fired/removed from Playhem? It's not the community's decision to make... Funnily enough, I wrote out almost that exact same thing but then said "nah it's not worth it" but he winds up being banned for it, haha. | ||

DJWilma was just temp banned for 90 days by GMarshal. That account was created on 2011-04-13 17:06:02 and had 388 posts. Reason: R1CH banned you for two weeks for self promotion, you came back, and decided the best thing to do was make a really bad thread that just *happened* to include a blatant self advertisement? I don't think you are getting the message. Do NOT use TL to advertise yourself, even tangentially, because I'll be waiting, and I'll find out. I think he's just an electronic artist or something. | ||

Reason: You're a bigot and have absolutely nothing to contribute to an intellectual debate because you draw your truth from fairy tales. Leaving you in that topic is just going to ruin it, there's no point trying to make you see when you close your eyes tightly and claim blindness is virtue. I hope you learn to accept other people but failing that, try and keep your bigotry to yourself. It is simply not welcome in this community. Hey mods, can we please stop referring to people's faith and religion as fairy tales? That's just as disrespectful as what this guy was posting. | ||

Toast beat me to this one. I agree interpreting one's religious views as fairy tales is rather insulting, but going through his recent post history just makes me angry. The way he tells views or opinions on things is often insultingly rude. The temp ban probably isn't that bad. | ||

I'm atheist, so I'm not saying that because it offends me, but it kinda seems to defeat the purpose. edit: mis-hit post, but the above poster said what I was gonna say... just banning them with a reason like "you're pushing your religion in a thread that it doesn't belong in" or w/e could at least be more respectful. | ||

The ban reason may have been intentionally harsh to hit him extra hard with the hammer. My interpretation is that mocking his faith and religion as 'fairy tales' is the extra wind up on the mighty banhammer to drive the point home. That's how I feel. He's being treated in the same way as he was treating other people, seems like a fair comment towards him.
